About the owner

As a family we have been enjoying Seashore since 1990, we are a family run caravan with myself Mary Turner, my daughter Samantha, my son Chris and son in law Shane. Creating family memories is important and we are looking forward to sharing our van this year ????

This is a platinum grade caravan with decking overlooking the amazing Racecourse.

After customer feedback we have decided to accept Saturday- Saturday bookings and these have been added

This is an 8 berth caravan so sleeps up to 8

Enough space for 2 cars, central heating throughout, TV in the double bedroom, decking to sit on, view of the racecourse, nice quiet location, two toilets, close to the amenities, no passes included, deposit £100
Please be aware if my cleaner has to pick up any smoking butts or devices from around the caravan outside this will be deducted from your deposit at a cost of £20 (so please if you smoke outside the caravan be clean at all times )

We love our caravan and would love to share it with guests, always happy to help and bookings open.

Lovely caravan in a quiet location. Close to beach, shop, clubhouse etc. Everything you need in the caravan, for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend

Owner's booking terms

£50 damage deposit which is only refunded once the caravan has been checked for damages (please note this does not come off the price of your holiday)

You may enter the caravan from 2pm on your specified arrival date

On arrival we do provide bed linen, if you do prefer to take your own bedding do inform us of this.
Black Bags will be provided and once you have finished your holiday any used sheets, duvet covers, mattress and pillow protectors, pillowcases please strip and place into the black liners provided. This year it is done for the safety of our cleaners.

All cutlery and plates will be available along with glasses and cups and they will be cleaned prior to your arrival but you may reclean for peace of mind.

In no circumstances must the occupancy of the caravan exceed 8 people, this includes: Infants, as a baby is counted as one person. The reason for this is for Health and Safety and Insurance Purposes.

Anti-social behaviour is not acceptable and the management of the site have the right to ask anyone to leave who is causing upset and distress to others, this also applies if you are found damaging property and this could mean you being billed for any damage to site or caravan.

There is parking outside the caravan for up to 2 cars
We do ask that disposable BBQ’s are not used inside the caravan or on the veranda decking
We cannot accept single sex parties such as hen or stag do’s this is a haven park policy
However this dos not apply to same sex couples who are more than welcome to use our holiday home.

COVID-19
COVID-19 please do NOT TRAVEL if you feel unwell and inform us immediately. Please do NOT enter the caravan with any of the COVID symptoms. If you or any of you family are taken I’ll whilst on holiday please vacate the caravan and return home and inform us immediately so we can deep clean the caravan in accordance with current government guidelines.

You must vacate the caravan at 10am at the end of your holiday, to allow cleaning time for our cleaners and allow the caravan to air between lets.
