Lakeland is a very lively site with plenty to do day or night. It has some fantastic facilities for you to use including a boating lake with a selection of small water sports for you to hire. You can walk the coastal walks and see the breath-taking scenery plus 9 hole golf course.
In 2020 a State of the art entertainment venue was built which can be used when you purchase fun passes

The home is close to all amenities about a 5 minute walk to the site mini shop, fish and chip shop, papa johns pizza take away, swimming pool and restaurant.
Our holiday home is a beautiful home situated on the quiet part of the golf village development.
We have a swift Moselle coastal 38ft x12ft. 3 bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and cupboards, 22” tv, the double room also has an en-suite with wash basin and toilet.
2 other bedrooms both with twin single beds, with wardrobe and cupboards, we provided all beds with bed linen and provide 3 medium towels and 3 small towels in total.
Comfortable lounge with 2 sofas to relax while on your holiday, a 32” flat screen TV, DVD player.
Open Plan kitchen-diner with 6 seater table and chairs, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and cupboards.
Outside is a large raised decked area so you can relax and enjoy your stay, to the front has two rattan chairs and coffee table.
The patio area to the side has a four seated cube rattan table and chairs with four stools and a parasol for your Alfresco dining.
We are pleased to announce that at Lakeland private letting guests can purchase Play Passes online in advance, reservations opens 4 weeks before the day of your arrival and gives you the ability to book swimming sessions and activities before you arrive, these passes will allow you access to all venues and activities, some activities have an extra cost.
Guests who choose not to purchase a Play pass will have access to restaurants, bars and takeaway food outlets on your park.
We will register the arrival of our guests, this will allow you to enter the park safely also so you can get to your holiday home more quickly.
Haven will follow guidance provided by the government, If the leisure park is instructed to close you can make an alternate booking or a full refund will be give.
If you wish to book we ask you to pay a non refundable deposit of £75 this will reserve your Holiday dates.
Full payment must be made 4 weeks before your stay.
A £75 bond is also required, this will be returned when the holiday home has been checked that no damage has occurred or excessive cleaning needs to be done.
