Description

The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery and utensils with a microwave, cooker and fridge/freezer.
There are 2 bathrooms offering 2 toilets, 2 sinks and shower.
Double glazed, with an electric fire in the lounge, heated towel radiator in the main bathroom and blow heaters in all bedrooms
Living room offers a 40” smart tv. The lounge benefits from a large "L" shaped sofa and has a lovely bright and airy feel.

Our Caravan is Located on Pine Drive which is only a few minutes’ walk to the main complex area and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Haven have a brand new state of the art Activity Adventure Village offering a new outside stage, brand new crazy golf, bike riding, sand pits, multi-sports area, new climbing wall and aerial adventure and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The park also has its own fishing lakes

BOOKINGS
All breaks must commence and finish on a Monday or Friday. Bed linen included and beds are made ready for your arrival.
Optional pool/entertainment passes can be purchased direct from Haven.

We operate a key safe so you can turn up anytime from 4pm onwards.
Check-in is from 4pm onwards with a check-out time of 10am on your departure day. Key safe code will be provided on the Day of check-in.

MABLETHORPE
Mablethorpe beach is a short walk away opposite the pitch and is an award-winning blue flagship beach.
The Mablethorpe town centre offers a range of facilities from supermarkets to indoor markets lots of places to eat, doughnuts and ice-cream! Water sports, donkey rides, entertainers and amusements and arcades.
Queens Park is a short drive away (taxis available if required) located on the beach front. Here they offer a boating lake where you can hire pedal boats, hire beach huts, an outdoor water splash park, mini golf and outdoor playground. There is also a café where you can sit back and relax.

Our caravan was spotless clean, all beds made up on arrival and very fresh. I highly recommend anyone to stay as we will be definitely returning. Lots of different things to do on site for all ages. We had a lovely holiday!!

We booked very last minute but Tracey was very helpful and arranged the booking for us. Tracey is really friendly, and prompt at replying to messages. The caravan is situated in a quiet area and ideal for walking the dog, but not too far to walk to the shop or the beach. The caravan felt very spacious for us all and the kids loved the lights on the fire!! Very cosy. Thank you Tracey.

Another great stay at this caravan. It is very clean and the bedding is like new. The owners are brilliant at answering any questions you may have. Definately will use again.

Had a great time in this caravan ,,,,,my partner and I found it very comfortable and clean ,,,,, near to beach and public transport bonus being able to have our little fig with us bring pet friendly ,,,, would definitely use Tracey and Simon caravan again if they would have us

Long weekend away for myself, my daughter and the dog. Well what can I say the caravan didn’t disappoint and was just what we needed. Very clean and tidy van with everything that you could possibly need. Beds were so comfy that you didn’t want to get out of them in the morning. Have used haven caravans for last 15 years at Golden sands and this caravan was by far the best we have used . It was modern , spotlessly clean , very well equipped and situated in a pleasant area. The booking process was very simple and emails sent to the owner were responded to very quickly . Had a very nice holiday and well recommend to anyone .

Had a great time on our midweek short break at this caravan. Which is in a quiet location near to the back of the park. The van is modern, clean and perfect for our needs. It's well appointed and the beds and bedding were really comfy. I would really recommend this van to anyone considering a stay at Golden Sands.

We had a short break (Monday to Friday) and everything from booking to leaving has been exceptional. The owners are easily contacted and very helpful. I personally would just like to see a small coffee type table to put cups on along with place mats. We will certainly be using them again. Thanks for a great holiday.
