Description

Holiday Home Main Facilities:

Bathroom with shower and en-suite toilet to master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the usual kitchen utensils and crockery. Spacious, light and airy lounge with corner unit sofa, coffee table, TV, DVD, and a selection of board games. Free standing dining table with four chairs adjacent to kitchen area.

The holiday home can accommodate six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted cupboards and an en-suite toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted cupboards. A double sofa bed is to be found in the lounge.

Bed linen, towels and tea-towels are provided. Thus guests only need to bring their own beach towels. Toilet rolls are also provided. There is also a fully equipped picnic basket which can be used for outings during the day.

Outside there is ample parking for two cars on the fully fenced plot. A picnic table is provided, as well as external decking to two sides which has been newly installed this summer. There is also a shed on the plot, containing a charcoal barbecue and a table and garden chairs for the decking, which can also be used for storing guests' cycles. Entry to the holiday home is via three steps with a handrail onto the decking.

Minimum booking term is 3 nights.

Please note, there is no WiFi in the holiday home, but WiFi can be accessed in the main plaza where the bar and restaurants area.

Kelling Heath Holiday Park is one of the country's leading holiday parks, located just outside the Georgian market town of Holt. It is set in 300 acres of woodland, with lots of outdoor activities for all ages.

The holiday home is very close to all of the facilities at the village square. These include a shop, bars, restaurant, pizza takeaway, outdoor pool, petanque, table tennis, cycle hire, fishing, outside assault course and trim trail and many marked woodland walks. There is a small railway halt by the fishing pond from which steam and diesel trains can be caught into Holt and Sheringham.

There is also a health and leisure club which includes a large well equipped gym, indoor pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. There is an additional charge for these facilities, but a two for one offer can be obtained by production of your holiday home key. The Local Area:

The picturesque Georgian market town of Holt, where royalty have been seen to shop on a regular basis, is only a three mile drive or train journey away. The town features many independent shops, boutiques, cafés, restaurants and antique shops, many tucked away in quaint courtyards. The coastal towns of Sheringham and Cromer are also only a few miles away. Many smaller and picturesque coastal villages are also close by including Weybourne, Blakeney and Cley-Next-the-Sea. Seal trips can be taken out to Blakeney Point. A local information pack for guests is to be found within the holiday home and further information upon local attractions can be obtained from reception.

Lovely modern caravan very close to the village centre. Had everything we needed to enjoy a great weekend away and the basket of goodies left for us was a very nice and welcome surprise! Kelling Heath is beautiful and by far the best caravan park we’ve been to.

Excellent accommodation and facilities. Everything in great condition. Wonderful heating system and shower, useful for the colder nights. Lovely fireplace and plenty of space. Beds, linen and towels all first class. Good location, lovely and peaceful, yet very short walk to village centre and amenities. Comfortable, clean and modern accommodation with everything we needed for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and we did cook a couple of meals during our stay. Nice location in the holiday park being relatively close to the Village centre but still felt tucked out of the way. Excellent communication from the owner with clear instructions on everything we needed to know. Park is well located for all the lovely sights and places to visit around the North Norfolk coast.
