WELCOME.......to our BEAUTIFUL modern TWO bedroom (6 berth) caravan on Holiday Resort Unity, located on pitch D23, on a very spacious fenced off plot with garden furniture.
This caravan is open plan with a large kitchen/diner & living room area, the hallway leads to shower room (1) with toilet, adjacent is Bedroom (1) - twin bedroom with 2 singles beds which can be pushed together to make a double, built in wardorobe/draws. Bedroom (2) - master bedroom has a kingsize bed, dressing table with mirror, very spacious walk-in wardrobe and en-suite (shower room 2 and toilet). There is a sofa within the front living which converts into double bed too. Quilts and pilliows are provided but no bedding or towels are included.

D23 has Double glazed windows, modern lounge & well eqipped kitchen , 2 toilets/showers, central heating, free WIFI, 42 inch SMART TV - access to netflix/amazon - guests can login into their own accounts. French doors leading onto a south facing front veranda, Eletric fire, Built in radio/bluetooth speaker, Iron/ironing board, Microwave, washing machine, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Six compulsary enterainment passes are in the price which allows guest/s discount off Swimming (Brean Splash), Brean play and Brean theme park.
D23 has 2 large parking spaces ( a second car is subject to an addtional fee per day/night).

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely caravan in Brean. The condition of the caravan was first class and very roomy. It was also located in a very quiet part of the site, which was an added bonus. As the TV was a smart TV with access to Netflix/Amazon these apps were of little interest to our particular age group. As a constructive suggestion the TV would appeal to a wider age group if it was also connected to normal free to air channels of BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5 etc. However, this is only a very minor criticism and it does not detract from a very nice caravan.
