We've been to this caravan a few times now and it never disappoints. Its clean and spacious with everything you need. Location is perfect and only a stones throw from the clubhouse, entertainment and restaurant and just a few minute walk from the shop. Communication with the owner was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this caravan for all family and friends. We will most certainly be back again. A******

Just spent a lovely weekend in this caravan from the initial contact to find out the availability to booking the weekend and anything I needed in between the owner was absolutely ever so helpful. Took my daughter and 2 young grandsons age 3 and 8 months so the location of the caravan was perfect for us. Close to all the amenities to be able to enjoy but in a quiet enough cul de sac so that it was peaceful too. Was able to have a lovely chilled weekend and would definitely book this caravan again. I would recommend booking this to any young families.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at 5 Rocky park south. Caravan is situated in a lovely little cul-de-sac close to the entertainment and amenities. Caravan was nice, clean and really spacious, we had amazing weather so the decking was really good to sit on. Delyth was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. Will definitely be booking again

This was the first time I’ve booked a private caravan and it will not be my last. from start to finish it was a perfect family holiday with a beautiful caravan so close to the main complex it takes seconds to walk there. The caravan its self is beautiful with a wonderful decking which gets the sun all day, the caravan was spotless and really cosy you really feel at home, we will definitely be booking again. Great communication throughout the booking. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Had the most amazing time at No5 Rocky Park South, Kiln Park! Delyth was a fantastic host, great communication and answered any questions i had prior to our stay. The caravan is at a fantastic location, a stone throw away from all entertainment/swimming/arcade and kids activities. Beautiful clean caravan, with everything we needed included. Spacious parking. The park itself was great. The staff were fantastic, loads of kids entertainment and activities on daily. Thank you Delyth for a wonderful stay, cant wait to return again next year! Would 100% recommend this caravan and host.

We've just returned from a lovely week away here. In fact this was our second stay here having stayed for the weekend about a month back! We have three kids ( 7, 4 and 10 months. ) The caravan has everything you need and is ideally located for a family with young kids - having to pop back to the caravan is no issue due to the closeness to the clubhouse on site. Delyth is really nice, easy to contact and very responsive. Highly recommend, although not too much as we'd like to keep this find to ourselves! X

Delyth was excellent to deal with, friendly, polite and very quick responses to any questions we had. Location was superb for us and allowed the kids to have some freedom as short walk down the hill to the playing field and even closer to the amusements, club house and restaurants. We didn't buy the site passes as prefer to do out own thing, kids grown out of seeing Rory the Tiger. We dud pop into the local swimming pool across tge Road from the site for their inflatables session which the kids loved and was a lot cheaper than getting passes. Was also having an on site beech and Tenbys various beaches only a 5 minute drive away. Had a lovely break, thanks to Delyth again.

Myself, my partner and our three children had a wonderful long weekend in the rocky south static caravan. It was clean, spacious and very well presented. Delyth was very accommodating and helpful at all times. There was also loads for the children to do in and around the holiday park. We would highly recommend staying here and we as a family will be returning next year.

My sister and I took our mum away for a few days to visit Tenby. The caravan was well equipped, cosy, comfortable, modern and more than we expected. Booking was easy and communication with Delyth was efficient. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Tenby.

Brilliant weekend had by all the family! Caravan situated in an ideal place, close to all activities! Plenty of space for the children to play outside and having two televisions in the caravan was a godsend for chill time in the evening! Will deffinetly be booking again!

We were delighted to be welcomed by a warm and cosy caravan which was clean and modern. With 2 hungry children, they were even more happy to see a welcome pack of Welsh cakes. We had a fab time as we could use the haven facilities as often as we liked being situated so close to the complex. Perfect location which is hidden away from people walking to and from the ub house but so close all amenities. The caravan was set up well for families with a TV in 2 rooms and bed guards for single beds. All in all we had a lovely time and the owner was on hand for anything needed. We would highly recommend and would love to return again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Delyth! Delyth was a pleasure to book with and was ready and willing to assist with all of our queries. She readily responded and went out of her way to ensure that our needs were catered for. I honestly cannot thank her enough, especially as I only made her aware of my queries the weekend (i.e 2 days) before we were meant to arrive! In addition to the fantastic customer service, the caravan itself was immaculate and positioned beautifully. The caravan is about 100 yards from the main complex (clubhouse, restaurant, takeaways, arcade, activity centre and swimming pool), which made our lives very easy with 2 small children. Despite the close proximity we did not get any disruptions or disturbance from other site users as the caravan is tucked away slightly. I should also point out that the shower was excellent!! With regards to cost, this caravan is a bargain - friends of ours stayed at the same time and they booked through Haven; their caravans were of a similar size but were a lot more expensive. The only 'benefits' that they had were the ability to book activities prior to arrival (we had no issue booking anything that the children wanted to do) and towels. This was our first time in Kiln Park and it will not be our last - future trips will most certainly be via Delyth!

Beautiful caravan, great location close to all amenities, The caravan was spotless on arrival! Lovely decking area to the front with patio doors was lovely in the sun, and it was fab there was a car parking space right next to the caravan. We will defiantly be staying again. Owner was lovely and easy to book. Thank you for a lovely day.

We had a lovely stay over the New period. This is our second time on this site but the first in this van and it’s in the perfect location right by the club house. The site was closed which we new before hand but suited us as we were just there for a break and for lots of beach walks. I’d recommend hiring this caravan it suited all our needs. The owner was great to book with very efficient and makes it simple to do. We can’t wait for our next trip to Kiln Park.
