Your booking
will be confirmed by email once the non refundable booking fee has been processed. If you have already transferred the booking fee and we find that your booking requirements can not be met, we will refund you our booking fees
Numbers in your party
Our licence agreement with Parkdean states we are unable to rent to SINGLE SEXED GROUPS IE:
• NO STAG OR HEN PARTIES;
• No under 25’s.
• We may refuse holiday bookings for single occupancy.
We do not accept bookings from or allow anyone to stay on a holiday park who is or has been listed on the Violent and Sex Offenders Register (or any register which supersedes this), or anyone who is subject to a Sexual Risk Order, Child Abduction Notice or any similar order, court proceedings or register. By making a booking, you are confirming that no one in your party is or has been on any such register, subject to any such order or otherwise the subject of any such court proceedings.
Smoking
Our caravan is strictly non-smoking so please do not smoke inside nor in the doorway, this includes e-cigarettes and vaping. Respect the area and do not discard your smoked cigarette ends on the floor outside the caravan. If you smoke you will need to supply your own ashtray. Any evidence of smoking will result in the non-return of the bond paid.
Contact us immediately if you have any concerns or an issue to report.
Your personal possessions. You are responsible for your personal possessions on park or in your holiday home and we aren’t responsible for any loss or damage to these. If you leave personal possessions behind at the end of your holiday we’ll try to return them but are not responsible for them.
Leaving your Caravan. At the end of your holiday please leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. You will be required to pay for any damage you cause to your caravan during your stay.
Cleaning report
The caravan will be prepared for the next guest when you have left, so please ensure that:
• The caravan has been left in a clean and tidy condition (as you found it);
• No evidence of soiling of mattress or soft furnishings (includes pets);
• All bedding is accounted for;
• There has been no damage or breakages;
• There has been smoking of any kind in the caravan;
All the equipment is still in the caravan.
If you identify any issues on your arrival with the caravan please report them immediately to the owner, within 24 hours. The owner details will be on your most recent email from us.
The caravan is your self catering holiday home and not a hotel. The owner will ensure your caravan will have a general clean before you arrive -to change bed linen and ensure hygiene standards are met. Please ensure you leave the caravan in the standard you find it, as the purpose of the cleaner is to enhance the guests clean and not a substitute.
All Items are accounted for, If there are any missing Items this could mean we will hold back the bond.
Park expectations
We want our guests to make the most of spending time and enjoying the environment of the park. Our behaviour around the park is extremely important to ensure the ongoing enjoyment to all holiday makers. We have a responsibility to the park to ensure ourselves and our guests maintain high standards at all times.
We would like to inform you of the rules and appropriate guidelines attached to owners and their guests in and around their holiday home and park.
Children should be supervised properly so that they are not a nuisance or a danger to themselves or others. They should be familiar with the layout of the park and location of your caravan;
Swimming pools/paddling pools - please adhere to local signage and ensure children are supervised at all times;
Clothes may be dried on clothes airers that are freestanding, one is left on site, these must be put away at night and when not in use, do not use the Radiators or any other furniture.
All ball games should be played in designated areas and not between the holiday homes; Please report any accident to a member of park staff. If an ambulance has been called park reception or any park manager should be told so the ambulance can be directed to the holiday home;
All vehicles must have a valid road tax and have a current MOT certificate (where applicable) and current insurance cover. The driver must have a valid driving licence;
Everyone using the club facilities must honour the club rules;
Litter must be disposed of in appropriate bins around the park.
Not permitted
• Windbreakers;
• Hot tubs/Lazy Spa are not permitted in the park;
• Play house/bouncy castles, slides or swing are not permitted;
• Washing lines outside. Clothes/laundry should not be hung over any outside balcony/decking;
• No tents or gazebos are permitted in the park and any motorhome must not be used as additional sleeping accommodation;
• No lorries, or other large commercial vehicles or recreational vehicles e.g motorcycles, quad bikes, electric scooters or similar vehicles are allowed on park without the written permission of the general manager;
• Repairs and maintenance of cars, boats etc;
• Firearms or other weapons or explosives;
• Drugs;
• Fireworks;
• Acts of vandalism or nuisance;
If any guests are found to be committing any illegal activity they will be escorted from the park and any monies paid will NOT be refunded;
This is a Pet free Caravan, any signs of any pets inside or on the decking you will not be refunded the bond
Social media and website accuracy. We have taken all care to make sure our information is correct, and that our website is up to date. However, we can’t accept responsibility for any errors or the results of these. Photographs of accommodation are examples only and furnishings, layout, decoration and views may vary. We are not responsible to you for unforeseen events or matters over which we have no control.
