Terms and conditions - No more than the maximum sleeping capacity is allowed at any time due to compliance with fire and safety regulations. Failure to comply will result in complete loss of holiday with no money refund. Caravan/lodges should be left in a clean and tidy state, this includes dishes, rubbish, and removal of any perishable items from the fridge and cupboards. If bedding is supplied, all beds must be stripped and the bedding left in the shower cubicle, failure to leave the caravan/lodge in a clean state could result in your deposit not being refunded. Pets are not permitted unless otherwise stated, please enquire before your stay to avoid disappointment or confusion. If you bring a pet without permission this could also result in your deposit not being refunded. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED. Please smoke outside and dispose of any cigarettes appropriately. NO HEN OR STAG PARTIES or Single sex groups.
Damages or breakages will be deducted from the deposit or if damages exceed the deposit amount, we will require full balance of the cost of damages. The named booking member is responsible for the wellbeing and conduct of all occupants of the caravan during your stay and only those named on the completed booking form are entitled to occupy the accommodation you booked. You and every member of your party must always obey park rules. Deposit will be refunded once the caravan has been inspected, if the caravan is left in an unsatisfactory state, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded. Photographs will be taken before cleaning takes place and used as evidence. A full inventory of the caravan is on file, theft of any items will be reported to the relevant authority, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded. The owners cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party incurred whilst in the caravan or immediate surroundings. Once your booking form has been signed, returned and deposit paid in full, an agreement has then been made between you and the caravan/lodge owner.
