“Fantastic caravan, Fantastic location with a fab little park outside the front.”

This was our children's favourite part of the trip! We were able to sit out on the lovely decking/balcony, while the children played safely, making lots of Friends! Short 10-12 min walk to the centre. There is a little train that you can pay for, the lovely driver, Russell, dropped us off right outside the caravan! Also a short drive to lots of places, highly recommend Holy Island!

“Really great caravan, clever set up for the beds in the twin bedrooms, allowing for more space.”

Excellent corridor with lots of hooks for coats and bags and a full length mirror. Great layout in master bedroom with en-suite toilet and dressing table with mirror. Big wardrobe. Also clever curved dining table allowing lots of room for everyone to sit around. Nice big TV. Big balcony with nice open space in front and kids play area. Just a couple of minor points - sofas are very stained. Could do with 2 large throws to completely cover them. We had to make up all our beds on arrival and noticed the cleanliness in the 2 twin rooms could be better. The bunk beds need hoovering out under the mattresses. The caravan is right next to the Spotlight Bar which is very loud! Listing could do with amending as it does state it is in a nice quiet area! Overall we would absolutely recommend this caravan and we really enjoyed our stay.

“The owners were amazing and so helpful.”

The caravan was spotless and overlooked a small park. It was equipped with WiFi as well as an air fryer, dishwasher and everything you would need for a short stay. It was approx a 10 minute walk to the main complex and 5 minutes to the Spotlight Bar and larger park. We could not fault this caravan or the location. We had the best time and would book again with them.

“We had a lovely stay, nice location on the site and plenty of attractions nearby.”

The caravan was equipped with everything we needed and the shop was handy for supplies. Slight disappointment that we had to make up most of the beds on arrival, but other than that it was a great weekend thanks :)

Dirty there was bits in beds dirty towel lady on radiator don’t think it had been cleaned out off the last tenant s not worth £350 for 2 nites iv stayed in better for £195 for 3 nites

We will speak to the cleaners to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We have had dozens of guest reviews over the years and always get positive feedback on the cleanliness of the caravan. BEAL

Holy Island 2 miles; Berwick 9 miles.

Beal is a tiny hamlet in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just a mile away from the causeway to Holy Island. This scattered hamlet, known locally as the gateway to Lindisfarne, is in an ideal position for touring North Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. Within easy reach of the A1, Beal has good access to all of the area's attractions - wonderful beaches, historic castles and Holy Island, which is just two miles away. Those who enjoy the great outdoors will be delighted with the Northumbrian Coastal Trail, which runs through Beal and onwards down the Heritage Coast offering stunning scenery along the way. Beal is within easy reach of both St Oswald's Way and St Cuthbert's Way and there are some great birdwatching sites nearby. Seahouses is close by or you can spend a day visiting Farne Island by boat where you may catch a glimpse of seals and puffins. The golden sandy beaches at Beal are home to many seals and seabirds, plus The Barn at Beal is an excellent attraction for birdwatching and has a first class coffee shop, farm shop and restaurant.
