Our caravan is modern, comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of space for all of the family to enjoy.
Location: Pitch 240, Holiday Resort Unity, Brean, Somerset.
The caravan is located in a very sought-after plot, which is fully fenced for peace of mind for families with little ones. Located opposite a lush green space, with a beautiful Alder tree in view. It is a 1-2 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute's walk to the arcade and bowlplex, as well as RJ's entertainment venue. It's a 1-2 minute walk to the huge play-park. A 3-4 minute walk to the free fishing lake. A 3-4 minute walk to Swimming, Soft Play, Gym & Brean Leisure Park! Parking is also available at Brean Leisure Park, should you wish to drive, this is a 1 minute drive from the caravan.

Regular Market days
Parking: There is ample space for two cars to park in front of the Plot. The site does not permit commercial/signwritten vans.
Security Bond: £100 and fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection after checkout - to be refunded within 7 days. Any damage to the caravan will be deducted from this Security Bond. The Security bond is held by UKcaravans4hire. The bond is charged in addition to the holiday price.
