Our caravan is family owned - and fully equipped to make your holiday hassle-free and enjoyable! Our caravan is modern, comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of space for all of the family to enjoy.
Location: Pitch 240, Holiday Resort Unity, Brean, Somerset.
The caravan is located in a very sought-after plot, which is fully fenced for peace of mind for families with little ones. Located opposite a lush green space, with a beautiful Alder tree in view. It is a 1-2 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute's walk to the arcade and bowlplex, as well as RJ's entertainment venue. It's a 1-2 minute walk to the huge play-park. A 3-4 minute walk to the free fishing lake. A 3-4 minute walk to Swimming, Soft Play, Gym & Brean Leisure Park! Parking is also available at Brean Leisure Park, should you wish to drive, this is a 1 minute drive from the caravan.

Parking: There is ample space for two cars to park in front of the Plot. The site does not permit commercial/signwritten vans.
Security Bond: £50 and fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection after checkout - to be refunded within 7 days. Any damage to the caravan will be deducted from this Security Bond. The Security bond is held by UKcaravans4hire. The bond is charged in addition to the holiday price.
****IMPORTANT*** No smoking, no pets to be left unattended in the caravan unless crated. We have never to date had to withhold anyone's security bond and we thank you for helping us to look after our holiday home and keep it in lovely condition for all of our guests.

The instructions to the caravan were from the old main entrance so this made it confusing we ended up driving around for a while.
Once we found it and unlocked the door we noticed the main bedroom dresser draw had a pair of underwear from previous guest, also fencing panel broken (both mentioned we got an apology but neither sorted) We thought the caravan was lovely though and very clean, beds were comfortable and we were in a great location near to the on site shop, entertainment and theme park. We felt the discounted tickets for the entertainment and swimming weren’t worth the money and wouldn’t buy those again as we couldn’t get into the swimming and entertainment wasn’t the best. Unity itself has improved loads since staying two years ago and we enjoyed our stay.
Wow we have just got back from a lovely 4 night stay in such a lovely caravan it was fab, location was brilliant just 1 minute away from the entertainment and beach just over the road.
We had such a lovely stay the caravan was so lovely everything we needed, fenced off all around for are little puppy who loved his first holiday away. A short walk to swimming and the funfair. Hoping to book for next Easter and the summer holidays as this has to be the best caravan we have stayed in. The site is so nice my children met lots of new friends outside the caravan and played all evening on the grass outside so we could easily watch them without worrying. 2 bathroom as well which was great as there was 6 of us so that was a nice surprise. The double bedroom bed was so comfy haven’t fallen asleep so quick in years didn’t want to get out of the bed in the morning . A little garden area with table and chairs which was lovely to have a glass of wine in the evening while the children played. Bingo was fab went every night we didn’t use the entertainment much as the weather was lovely and the kids loved playing outside. Can’t wait to book again thank you for such a lovely caravan we have never gone private before so was a bit worried but Jenna was so helpful and texted me before we got there to make sure everything was ok, my kids didn’t want to come home. Caravan was lovely and clean and just wonderful please Jenna could you send me a price list for next year as we would love to book again we see you are sold out for august this year so would love to book for next august with you again thank you.
Caravan was modern.
well equipped, felt fresh and clean, lovely patio area which gets the sun most of the day, and the added bonus of a gated fence around the caravan made having the dogs that much more relaxed. Jenna had very good communication answered anything right away. Thank you
