Welcome to our caravan; we hope you enjoy your stay with us. As owners, we want to make your holiday as welcoming as we can.

Please note, we can offer 3 night weekend breaks, 4 night weekdays, and 7 or 14 night holidays. Our change over days are Mondays or Fridays. Send us an enquiry if you want a price for 7 nights

Please be aware that there is no private WiFi within the caravan. Haven have installed a new mast for the site which is now activate across the site that you can connect to.

Situated in the crest of the Llýn peninsula and is close to the sea. The site has got its very own private 9-hole golf course and beach perfect for romantic strolls at sunset or for families to enjoy. You have got a multitude of destinations to visit such as Pwllheli, Abersoch, Portmeiron, Porthmadog and Caernarfon. If you want a more unique experience of travelling around go to the local Penychain railway station to ride the local Cambrian Coast railway which can take you to Pwhelli, Porthmadog, Harlech and Barmouth.

Our lovely three-bedroom silver graded, holiday home has been equipped in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

It is situated in the Moranedd Area, recent new development area of the park, which is a couple of minutes' walk from the laundrette, gym, mini mart, activity centre and eateries. It is also only a couple extra minutes' walk to the swimming pool and crazy golf.

On arrival, we would recommend you download the Haven App and the Haven Serve App. These will allow you to book activities and restaurants and order food for collection or delivery. You can purchase your play passes from Haven direct at the main reception.

Check-in is 4pm, and check-out is 10am.

The primary bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, hair dryer, wall mounted tv and ensuite toilet. The two other bedrooms both have two single beds and built-in wardrobes. One of the twin rooms also has a wall moubted tv. Additional bed located in the lounge, pull out sofa bed.

The lounge has a 3 and 2 seater sofa, 3 seater turns into a sofa bed. It is also equipped with a wall mounted TV.

We have a separate space for dining.

The main bathroom is spacious with a double shower cubicle, there is also an additional w/c.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and full-size fridge freezer.

We have double glazing, central heating and an electric fire, perfect to keep you snug and warm in the cooler months.

We have parking space for 2 cars and front decking. There is an outside tap to allow you to wash pets or boots.

There is a bus stop on site next to the security office.

No smoking or vaping in the caravan or on the veranda.
