Ground floor:
Access to Azenor Lodge is up a small set up steps which reaches the wrap around decking and front door.
Beyond the front door is a small entrance hall with access to a boot room which offers hanging space and boot space, as well as the washer/dryer. The main section of the lodge is then accessed through an internal door into the large kitchen/living space.
The kitchen/living space is wonderfully expansive and offers a separate dining space, kitchen and lounge area. The shaker style kitchen is contemporary and boasts an island with bar stools. There is a large fridge/freezer, in-built microwave, range style oven and gas hob, toaster, kettle and plenty of storage.
The dining space is completed with a large dining table which seats 6 and offers uninterrupted views out to the woodlands which surround the property.
The lounge area offers comfortable seating and a large ottoman to put your feet on after a long day exploring. There is a large Smart TV, electric fire alongside another set of patio doors which allow natural light to stream in.
Bedroom 1 boasts a king size bed alongside bedside tables, dressing table and a walk through wardrobe which leads to a lovely ensuite shower room and WC.
Bedroom 2 is a large twin room with plenty of space for relaxing. There is a dresser alongside a set of wardrobes.
The family bathroom is spacious and stylish and offers a bath with over head shower, washbasin with plenty of storage and WC.
The property benefits from WiFi which is rare for holiday properties at Kelling Heath.
Outside:
The property boasts a lovely plot within the Kelling Heath complex. There is plenty of parking for up to 3 cars.
From the car parking area there is a gate which accesses the plot, ensuring the area is fully enclosed for pets and children. To the side of the property is a shed which can store bikes.
The lodge benefits from a partial wrap around decking which extends from the front door around to the rear of the property and steps down to the woodland area which opens up into the grass clearing, perfect for dog walks and games with the family.
There is plenty of wildlife in the area which can be enjoyed from the decking of Azenor Lodge.
