    “We had a lovely time shame about the weather ,caravan was home from home everything you wanted and more lots of extras we would certainly recomend it ,sue the owner couldnt do enough for you always there to help if we needed it ,our little dog loved watching the bunnies hopping about .”

The property

This Spacious, Luxury 2 Bedroom, 4 Berth caravan is fitted with full Double Glazing and Central Heating.

Which makes it ideal for early & late season holidays. The Caravan is situated on a quite area of the park (Pines, named after the pine trees which surround this area) with its own parking space and with patio doors leading onto the large wrap around veranda with plenty of seating which is ideal for dining alfresco and gets sun all day, weather permitting.

On entering caravan you are welcomed by the large homely open plan living/dining/kitchen area with integrated fridge/freezer & microwave.

In the kitchen there is a gas hob with extractor fan, gas oven & separate grill, kettle, toaster, and plenty of cooking utensils, pans & crockery. On your right is a freestanding dining table & 4 chairs.

The caravan is unusual as there is a step up into the dining room area. In the living room you will find a comfy freestanding sofa, and two recliner armchairs, a 32” Smart TV with a built in DVD player and Netflix, a coffee table and couple of pouffes.

A stone effect electric fire can be used for effect only, or to provide some welcome warmth on those chilly autumn evenings. In the cupboards you will find DVDs, a Wii games console and games and some board games if you fancy going old school and a file containing local information. In the other direction from the kitchen is the Master Bedroom which features a King size Bed with overhead lights, a dressing table with mirror A small TV with a built in DVD player.

2 Wardrobe and an En-Suite bathroom with Sink, Toilet and Bath and over Bath Shower.

A hairdryer is available. The Twin Bedroom features 2 Single Beds and wardrobe and drawer space The Main Bathroom features a Toilet, Sink, and Shower. All bed linen is supplied and already reflected in the price.

We also supply a vacuum cleaner and mop.

Please bring your own towels. Well behaved dogs that are fully house trained are welcome, maximum of 2.

Charges for dogs is £25 per dog per stay.

Dogs are not to be left unattended in the holiday home without being crated. This is a real home from home caravan with many extras you will not get when you book through Parkdean Resorts.

It is extremely well kept and used regularly by ourselves.

We are sure you will not be disappointed however we cannot guarantee the weather. •Available for hire for short breaks or longer throughout the whole year, don't miss out book today only £100 deposit. •PLEASE NOTE; Breaks are Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday or Friday to Friday. Minimum booking 3 nights. Contactless Check in/out at caravan so no queuing to collect keys, you can arrive any time that suits you after 4pm and checkout by 10am. There is a Stunning beach which is approximately a 10 minute slow walk from my van.

Also beautifully walks along the coastline to Scarborough or Filey. Walking distance from the multi award winning pub The Farriers but I would strongly advise booking well in advance if you want to go for a meal as it is very popular and I can personally recommend the food and the cocktails.

Regular buses into Scarborough and back.

Cayton Bay Holiday Park is situated on one of the most popular stretches of coastline for tourists and holidaymakers, you’ll have no issues filling your time up with exciting ideas and adventures when staying here. One of the best examples is the town of Scarborough, situated just a 15-minute drive north of this holiday park. Known for its beautiful beach that stretches around the bay and offers exceptional views of Scarborough Castle on the headland, it’s also home to the brilliant SEA LIFE Scarborough aquarium and a popular amusement park known as Luna Park, which sits on the northern end of the beach at the foot of the castle.
