1. Swimming is not permitted in the lakes.
2. The lodge is situated on the water's edge, please ensure all children have constant supervision. The hot tub is sunk into the decking and the cover must be kept on when children are around due to the risk of drowning.
3. The lodge keys are your responsibility for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge £10.00 for a replacement set.
4. The maximum number of guests is 6 plus infants in cot. Should you exceed the maximum occupancy you invalidate our insurance and therefore risk your booking being terminated and no refund will be given.
5. Please report any damage or anything unsatisfactory to fablelodge@gmail.com on arrival. We reserve the right to charge for any damages occurred over your stay although not all damages will be charged for.
6. Strictly no hen or stag parties.
7. Pets are not permitted at any time unless pre-agreed with owner.
8. No smoking is allowed in any areas of the lodge. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE AND TO CLAIM THE MAXIMUM DAMAGE FROM YOUR CARD IF THERE IS ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING.
9. BBQs not to be used on the veranda as the plastic is not heat proof, please use the grassed area next to the lodge.
10. We accept NO liability for anyone using the hot tub; it is used at your own risk. Safety guidelines are issued and also attached. Please read these carefully before deciding to use the hot tub.
11. Glasses are not to be used near the Hot Tub, please use plastic cups provided. Any evidence regarding the use of drinking glasses near the hot tub will result in a full drain down of the tub to check for glass. This will be charged at £50.00.
12. On your departure the hot tub will be checked by our maintenance team. PLEASE NOTE IF THE HOT TUB HAS BEEN MISUSED OR BROKEN WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE A CLAIM.
13. VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE GAS FIRE ON OVERNIGHT.
14. The park is family orientated and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance may be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of their holiday. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
15. We will not tolerate any upset to other caravan / lodge owners.
16. The lodge is situated next to a lake and trees, we cannot be held responsible for flies, spider webs, wildlife, which are beyond our control.
17. We accept NO liability for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occurring whilst staying in our lodge.
18. Please take out relevant travel insurance prior to your stay. We will not be held responsible for any issues outside our control, fire, floods, power cuts.
19. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use of hot tubs, washing machines, dishwashers, kettles, televisions, DVD players, play stations, boilers, microwaves and fridge freezers etc. We cannot be held responsible should one of these items not work or breakdown but will do our best to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. The conditions of these items are based on the usage of paying guests and it is the guest’s responsibility to leave clean and tidy. Every effort will be made to repair any equipment that is faulty or has stopped working. We will not make any refunds for items not working.
20. Please do not remove the mattress protectors from the beds.
21. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please do not use the towels to remove make-up. Missing towels will be charged at £15 for large towel and £10 for small.
22. The lodge must be left in a clean and tidy condition, we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning costs if the property is left in an unacceptable condition. When checking out, please do not leave the dishwasher loaded or running. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakages, or damage done to the lodge or its contents during their stay.
23. Do not use the lodge towels outside for the hot tub, swimming pool or watersports.
24. 2 washable waterproof mattress pads are provided and are in the walk-in wardrobe next to the main bedroom. Please use these if required.
25. Tattershall Lakes Country Park is close to an active RAF base (RAF CONINGSBY) so there may be aircraft noise from time to time (including Night Flying) and more commonly midweek. If Night Flights are planned we will do our best to inform you prior to your stay. ...Show less
