Description

A home from home with a short walk to the main complex and golden sandy beach. Ideal for couples and families wanting to get away and relax..

Our Caravan is a great place to kick back and start relaxing in its quiet location, looking up to the Welsh countryside and only a short stroll to the sandy beach.

Lounge offers a place to relax and take in the views, featuring a Smart TV, DVD player, Xbox, with a selection of movies/games and WIFI. This leads onto the secure front and side decking, with a secure side gate with decking furniture.

Kitchen is fully equipped and comes complete with all you need if you want to stay in and cook. This includes utensils, a family sized fridge freezer, full gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and airfryer.

Shower room and master ensuite has a generous sized shower, wash basin, WC and plenty of storage.

Bedrooms comprise of a master double bedroom with king size bed and two additional twin bedrooms all having USB sockets for charging your gadgets and TV's. All come with plenty of storage, with the master having a hairdryer too.

Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided but please bring your own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels - or why not save on your packing and space in the car and book our bed linen package for an extra charge, just add to your holiday price when booking.

Being a Haven Park, Presthaven has many on site facilities to keep the family entertained whilst on your holiday this includes swimming pools, lazy river, crazy golf, go-carting, play areas, day/evening entertainment, show bar entertainment and a wonderful unspoiled sandy beach.

Evening access to entertainment will require a Haven Play Pass.

Play passes are not included in the price of the holiday, as not everybody wants them. But you can buy these directly from Haven. Subject to availability and purchased directly at the main park reception or online via Haven.

If you don’t fancy cooking… (you are on holiday after all). You will find great takeaways from Papa John's Pizzas, Cook’s fish and chip shop, Burger King, Chopstix and if you fancy being waited on then head to the Mash & Barrel restaurant, which serves a great selection of food and drinks. Or if you prefer stay in and cook. Check out the great deals available in the onsite mini market.

You will find an onsite launderette that includes dryers too. Tokens can be purchased from the mini market.

For those that don’t drive or don’t wish to drive as you are on holiday after all…. You will find a bus service that comes onto the park. So, you can get out and explore North Wales.

We had a lovely weekend break at Scott and Robb's caravan. The cul-de-sac is quiet but still very close to the main haven facilities and a short accessible walk down to the beach. The caravan itself is fab and has everything you could need, WiFi was a great bonus. We would definitely recommend and would book again if travelling to this part of Wales.

Beautiful, clean and modern caravan in an amazing location on the site. We really appreciated the cleanliness and the highest standards of housekeeping that have been set by the owners. It really made for a perfect weekend away. We have stayed at many caravans at Presthaven Sands in the past but this one was definitely our favourite! Booked this caravan for a week family holiday and couldn’t have been happier. Caravan in great location on very quiet and relaxing part of site, fantastic unspoilt views of mountains and right next to club/pool all amenities. Caravan was spotless and had everything required for a great holiday. Scott and Robb were happy to answer any questions before we arrived and gave all information we needed for our stay and check out. Will definitely be booking again.

A lovely break with the kids! The site had activities non-stop, with the beach only a few minutes walk away. The caravan was beautiful, modern, and has every home comfort you’ll need. The views were spectacular and very peaceful. Booking was easy, with Scott promptly answering any questions I had. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Enjoyed a lovely weeks stay here. Caravan is gorgeous. So clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need! Situated in the perfect location. It is nice and quiet, with a lovely view and just a 5 min walk to the mini market, main complex and the beach. We would definitely book again. Communication was great throughout. WOW ABSOLUTELY AMAZING....this caravan is fabulous!! The caravan was spotlessly clean on our arrival, very comfortable and well equipped, very spacious with fabulous views and not overlooked. It's in a quiet cul de sac and close to all the Holiday Park facilities but yet so quiet. Scott (the Owner) was extremely helpful with my many queries. Would definitely recommend you stay here.....you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to stay again ????

We had the best stay in the caravan for 4 nights. Scott was brilliant throughout the whole booking process. We were very last minute and he was so helpful. The caravan itself is situated in a quiet area of the park which was great for us with two small children at night time. It is also close to the park amenities (no more than 5 mins walk with a toddler). The caravan is in immaculate condition and very spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again next summer ????

Had an excellent long weekend in Scott & Robb’s wonderful caravan. The caravan is bright & with beautiful furnishings. The views across the meadows is outstanding. The caravan is set in a very quiet area of the park,yet close enough to all amenities. Scott was always helpful & very friendly when it came to communicating. Really happy with our booking, when we arrived the caravan was clean, and exactly what can be seen via the photographs, it supplied us with everything one might require, and the overall location of the caravan was convenient, it was a 5-10 minute walk from the the main complex, and towards the nighttime despite it being close towards the facilities, it remained extremely quiet simply because it was located towards the back wall, facing the farm fields, which offered an outstanding view to wake up too every morning. The owners were extremely helpful, especially Scott, he didn’t take long to reply, and was always on hand to answer any questions, or resolve any of our concerns if we required it. We had a lot of rainy days, and the fact the caravan had a console to keep our little ones entertained was helpful, along with the fact they supplied board games, and DVDS. Honestly would happily book this caravan again, and such a wonderful site for children as it has a lot of things for them to do.

Owner's booking terms

A £50 deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure your chosen dates. The outstanding balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

A £100 security bond is required against breakage/damages, which is refundable upon inspection of the caravan following your departure and refunded within five days.

There is a no smoking and no pets policy in our caravan.
Any sign of smoking or pets will result in the loss of the security bond, and an extra charge of £100 for a deep clean of the caravan will apply.

There are no single-sex groups, Hen or Stag parties permitted, as per Haven rules.
