The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, 4 burner hob and high level oven and grill as well as a breakfast bar. In the lounge there is a smart TV and French doors leading out onto the deck The master bedroom has a double bed, full size shower en-suite, free standing wardrobe and dressing table. In the second bedroom there is a double bed again with ample storage. Finally there is a twin room with full size single beds and plenty of storage. The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
