NEW FOR 2022 - TV upgraded to "Freesat" satellite TV. This function is built into the TV but you can attach your own recorder if you wish or can record via the TV to a USB drive. Further information will be provided upon booking. There is a standalone Blu-ray player, too.
Our caravan is situated on Tern 6, Kiln Park in Tenby. The caravan has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. Outside the caravan there is a deck, patio and parking. The town centre and beaches are a short walk, car, taxi or bus ride away.

For 2022, we are offering our caravan to rent from Saturday 12th March onwards. Please check the calendar for availability.
In order to safely manage all guests, Haven Holidays needs all guests to be pre-registered with the following information:-
Number of adult guests (age 16 and over)
Number of child guests (age 4 to 15)
Number of infant guests (age 0 to 4).
Names of adult guests and the nominated lead guest.
Mobile phone number of lead guest and other adult guests in the party
Car registration.
Dates of arrival and departure.
Expected time of arrival. (within a one hour slot, e.g. 3pm to 4pm)
Email address.
This information must be registered with Haven no later than 48 hours prior to arrival as they will email all guests with additional information needed for their stay.
You will not be able to check in to our caravan before 3pm, in order to ensure that the caravan has been cleaned to the enhanced standards required as part of Haven's response to the Coronavirus pandemic. Check-out is by 10.00 on the day of departure to allow our cleaners sufficient time slot to clean prior to the arrival of our next guests.
Currently, Wales is at CoVID alert level zero, meaning hospitality can operate as normal, without needing to give details for Test, Trace and Protect. Should this change, I will let you know at the earliest opportunity. Currently, there is no need to use the NHS Test and Trace apps (Apple or Android) to check in at the venues using the QR code, nor for guests unable to do this will Haven need to record guest details within such venues. I will inform you if this changes.

Our caravan is situated on Tern 6, Kiln Park in Tenby. The caravan consists of 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. Outside the caravan there is a small deck at the top of the access ramp to the front door, a small garden/patio area and parking. The town centre and beaches are a short walk away or can be accessed by car, taxi or bus. A free bus is usually available from the adjacent Salterns car park during the school summer holiday season. There is a small car park in the town next to Sainsbury's with short and long term parking available at modest charges. There are a number of other car parks with similarly modest charges.
To secure a booking, a deposit of £50 is required to book through the online booking system, unless the total cost of the stay is less, in which case full payment will be required. Final payment for all bookings must be made no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival - if payment is not received by then, any deposit paid will be forfeited. Any bookings made at short notice must be paid for in full at the time of booking. All payments are to be made by the online payment system to pay by debit or credit card. Details on how to pay will be supplied when you confirm that you wish to make a booking. Initial enquiries are welcomed by either email or by telephone but all subsequent communications prior to the start of a stay will need to be made by email except for some specific circumstances which will be told to you. As payment may take up to 48 hours to clear, regrettably we cannot accept bookings at less than 72 hours before a stay.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen or you can hire linen from Kiln Park. Full details on items you'll need to bring will be supplied when your deposit payment has been made and cleared. Linen can be hired from the site Reception at £10 per bedroom, i.e. for a double bed or two singles (the caravan has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms).
PLAY PASSES
Prices do not include "Play Passes" for the Funworks entertainment complex - a form to order passes will be sent to you when you make a booking. The passes can then be purchased from the site Reception., subject to availability. New for 2022 - Haven Holidays have added the option to purchase Play Passes online in advance of your arrival. When your arrival is registered, Haven will email you information about how to do this and the costs involved.

OTHER INFORMATION
Before you arrive, it may be worth you downloading the "My Haven" and "Haven Serve" apps as these will allow you to reserve a table in the restaurant, order takeaway food from the on-site facilities, book activities etc (not quite sure how they work, however).
Haven Holidays have also just announced that the use of electric scooters, segways, hoverboards and balance boards is NOT PERMITTED on any Haven Holiday park. Please do not bring them to the park as Haven Holidays may ask that you vacate the park.
