Lovely modern caravan and plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sea view. Good location on the Park and the caravan had everything you needed - lots of unexpected extras provided too, eg apare bulbs, batteries, washing up liquid, tea & coffee, kitchen roll, cloths and hair straighteners... to name a few! Heather's communication was great, throughout the booking process and on our return home., which made this a very pleasant experience - our first time booking directly with an owner. Recommended.

Just had a 4 day break in this beautiful caravan which was equipped with everything you could need. In a great position with a sea view and a great decking area. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Heather.

Just returned today from this beautiful caravan. It is beautifully decorated, the location is great and it’s within a few minutes walk to the entertainment complex. The van has everything that you need, comfortable bed, excellent shower and WiFi, Beds were made up for our arrival and plenty towels are supplied. Heather has been fantastic during the whole process from booking to us leaving today. I would highly recommend this caravan.

This is our second stay in 22 The Dunes at Berwick. This caravan is like a home from home with attention paid to detail by Heather (the owner) such as tea, coffee, sugar on arrival; x-box games; fast wi-fi; iron and ironing board; clothes maiden etc. The Haven holiday park has great facilities and has lots of activities to keep everyone entertained whatever the weather. Heather is super efficient and makes holiday arrangements easy. I would highly recommend this caravan. It is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The central heating is excellent. Great shower and plenty of hot water instantly available. Berwick is a great location for accessing the amazing Northumberland Coast and Borders area.

Just travelling back from our stay, the caravan is lovely, Heather has taken so much effort in making it feel homely and equipped it with everyhing you can think of. It was spotless when we arrived. We paid extra for linen and it was definately worth it. The whole process with Heather was 5* she is prompt at responding and provided lots of useful information before our stay. The site is really well located and the beaches from the site were fantastic. I'd definately reccomend and we will be staying again.

We stayed for a week in this caravan, which had everything you could possibly need. Contact with Heather was great. Caravan had a lovely sea view and was well positioned in the park. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the caravan..,large outside decked area with plenty seating to sit out on and in a lovely and quiet location looking out over the sea. Caravan was modern, clean and had everything we needed and more. Xbox one and WiFi were an added bonus for our 14yo. Communication and info from Heather the owner was excellent and very helpful. We hope to come stay at Heather’s caravan again in the future.

Lovely short break in fantastic, well equipped and wonderfully located caravan at Berwick. Our second break via Heather and special touch of chocs and Prosecco was just fantastic. Communication immediate, caravan extremely well equipped, fantastic sea views and lovely cliff top walks from van, lovely holiday

We have just got back from a lovely stay at this caravan. Beautiful view of sea front and a short walk upto complex. Caravan had everything we needed and so clean. Would definitely recommend. We are hoping to book up for next year.

Lovely caravan, equipped with everything you need for your stay. Nice decor, fab TV, WI FI an added bonus which went down well with kids. 2 lovely seating areas on decking, which thankfully we got to enjoy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to hire a caravan at Berwick.

Lovely caravan with everything you need . It’s a very homely feel to it and comfortable. Everything you need for cooking, crockery etc. Great television . Lovely outside space with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the sea view . Pity we didn’t have the weather to go with it but the owner couldn’t supply that unfortunately. Would definitely recommend.

AMAZING. Myself and my family have spent many holidays over the years here at Berwick Haven Caravan Park. This was our first holiday in this particular caravan and I can guarantee you, it will not be our last. Everything you could possibly need in this caravan, lots of well thought out touches. Lovely decor, very comfortable beds and really cosy. Our teenage boys were very happy with the WiFi and Xbox one! Nice sea views and in a quieter area of the park.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday staying in this amazing caravan. The caravan is immaculate and very modern, it has big veranda with lots of seating to enjoy the amazing scenery. There is added bonus of having WIFI in the caravan and TVs in the 3 bedrooms, which is a total bonus, especially with older children. There is also Xbox 1 with games and 42 inch smart tv in the sitting room. You do not get these added extras in most caravans. Heather was always very helpful throughout since booking to the day leaving. I would definitely recommend this gorgeous caravan to anyone looking for holiday at Berwick-Upon-Tweed. We would definitely stay again, as enjoyed our holiday immensely just what we needed during these difficult times. Thanks again Heather. ??Xx

Spotlessly clean, modern throughout , beautiful furniture and home accessories . Amazing view , what a joy it was to turn up and be greeted by such a wonderful caravan with a grand new deck and brand new matching deck furniture . We have stayed at loads of caravans on Berwick and Haggerston and this has to be the best . Free wifi , amazing Smart TV and an Xbox all In the price . Heather has thought of everything . Comfy beds , lovely bedding . Can't rate this place highly enough . We had fantastic weather and sitting on the deck In the evening with a refreshment , listening to the waves . You can't beat it . Best caravan we have stayed in, Heather has thought of everything , free wifi , Xbox , beautiful furnishings and decor . Large deck to sit and chill on . Just perfect and Heather is excellent to deal with , very professional , nothing is a trouble . Can't recommend this caravan highly enough . Don't hesitate to book you will have a wonderful time

Highly recommend this caravan, and also Heather, who we booked with. From the outset, communication was smooth, with Heather responding quickly to our initial queries, which continued throughout, to the return of our bond. The caravan itself, was wonderful, with a great location on the park. Clean and tidy, with all amenities as described. With two daughters, aged 14 and 17, WIFI was crucial! It worked brilliantly, with no issues. The terrace, was ideal to relax in the evening, with us having some lovely weather. All in all, a great time was had, and would certainly look to book again with Heather, either here, or at one of her other lodges.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this caravan. Owner, Heather, has been excellent with communication from initial online inquiry through to final day check out. The caravan is excellent and like a home from home with everything you need. The large TV and Free Wifi are real bonuses for anyone traveling with older children. The beds are very comfortable. The caravan is beautifully furnished and decorated. The open plan floorplan in the lounge, dining area and kitchen give a really spacious feel to the caravan. The decking area with sea views is a real treat. I would highly recommend this caravan and I hope that we get chance to return in the future. Thank you Heather for your excellent customer care.

We had a great time at this static. It was really well maintained and decorated with all the facilities/ equipment we needed. There is a large tv with reliable wifi and powerful showers . The caravan is situated in a really nice part of the park with a lovely deck overlooking the sea. There is plenty to do in Northumberland and it made great substitute for out Majorca holiday

Booked caravan last minute for a 3 night stay. Caravan is well equiped and cleanhas everything u could possibly need. Beautifully decorated and free wi fi is an added bonus especially if you have older children it was a must for my 14 year old daughter. Decking is lovely to sit and relax great views. All in all a great little break away.

What can I say, another fab holiday at this caravan. We have stayed here many times and it just keeps getting better, this year Heather has totally done up the inside and added a brand new deck and new furniture outside. Plus free wifi and a brand new streaming TV in the livingroom. This is a real home from home, far better than a Platinum Grade caravan you would get from Haven. Its always immaculate as well. If you are looking for somewhere really special and for a holiday then you can't go wrong with this beautiful caravan.

Absolutely brilliant weekend with the family in this beautiful modern holiday home! Very comfortable sofa and beds with freshly laundered bedding. Perfect location for a holiday with grandchildren. Caravan was as stated in advert - ideal location , well- equipped, and cosy on a quiet no through road. Kids were able to walk to Entertainment Centre. Communication was good.

We have stayed at this beautiful caravan and I really didn’t think there was any room for improvement but Heather has certainly pulled all the stops out this season with FREE WIFI AND GAMES CONSOLE and a lovely new patio set . Second time I have booked this caravan with Heather as we absolutely loved it the first time! Caravan is beautifully decorated with a lovely sea view and a lovely decking area to sit. Site is great for young children and lots of activities for them to do. Would definitely recommend this caravan :)

Fantastic holiday!! First Class in every way from customer service, caravan quality and park location with the beach and town on your doorstep. Caravan has a huge decking area with fantastic sea views which allowed my family to enjoy the recent fantastic weather. I have been on many Caravan parks over the years, however i can honestly say this has been the most stress free. Thank you very much for your hospitality Heather. My son 80 years young Mam and Dad and myself have just got home after spending a lovely weekend in your caravan, We have been to Berwick many times but found your Caravan very clean spacious and modern, Was lovely sitting on Decking on an evening with a glass of wine overlooking sea view, Will definitely go back, When things couldn't of been any better my Dad won £270 on Bingo .Many Thanks Heather x

What a superb caravan it has everything you need for a week's stay. Our granddaughter had a great time and there was lots to do on site for all ages. I would highly recommend staying here we definitely will not hesitate to rebook . It truly was a home from home. we had a great stay at your caravan. we have stayed in a few caravans over the years and this has to be the best... very comfortable and everything you need. We had both young kids and teenagers with us and everyone had a ball. Great location and sea view. Not to far from facilities but in a nice quiet location. This caravan is fantastic, furnished beautifully , lovely fresh linen, beautiful carpets in the bedrooms and a great deck with loads of furniture . It's ideally situated on the site and it's just a short walk into town 5 star definitely
