Just had a fab few days in this immaculate caravan with a friend and little dog. The caravan was like home from home with everything you need and spotlessly clean. It is in a lovely quiet part of the park. Cannot wait to go back.

Fantastic caravan very clean and comfortable. The caravan site is perfect for families. The site facilities are brilliant and our stay was very enjoyable.

We can’t thank you enough for such an incredible stay. Absolutely perfect caravan, extremely clean and the most perfect location. We truly had such a wonderful holiday and was sad to leave. Great communication from the owners and we have already spoke of wanting to return when next years dates become available. We wouldn’t want to stay in another caravan as it really was perfect. We had a lovey time with the grandchildren…..booking was easy to do as well … the caravan is on a beautiful part of the caravan site …

Just spent 4 nights in the caravan at 16 Clabermere Lakeland Holiday Park owned by JoKitchen who communicated very promptly after the booking was made with all the details required regarding the booking. Caravan was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Full sized cooker ( we didn’t use it as ate out ) fridge and freezer. Seating area was very roomy and comfortable as were the beds. We were fortunate to have a couple of days good weather which allowed us to used the seating area on the full sized deck which our young cocker spaniel loved (as he is so nosy). Would definitely recommend this caravan for anyone who has a dog, having a full secure deck gave the dog a bit of freedom as required to be on the lead throughout the park.

Great location , more spacious caravan location, not far from otters lake. Overall a very high standard would certainly book again. Owner was really approachable and helpful throughout.

Had a lovely break in this beautiful caravan, 3 adults and 1 dog. Great quiet location with view to otter lake, it was clean and very comfortable will be back again, Thanks Jo. Diane, Alan, Tracy and Archie woof.

A great and needed escape. A hassle free check in and out with a fabulous static/home greeting us. Was situated in a nice quite area with lake views . A clean , modern static with a very usable decking that our dog could laze on. A very comfortable stay, will book again.

We have just returned home following a lovely stay at this beautiful caravan at Lakeland Leisure Park. The caravan was perfect for our stay with our two young children. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a view of the lake and is close to all the amenities. Jo was very quick to reply to my emails and answered any queries I had. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The caravan was clean, fully equipped and ideal for our 4 day stay. Joanne was extremely helpful and answered all emails quickly for a hassle free booking process and stay. It is also in a good central location on Otters lake, close enough to get to the main facilities but also far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The film collection was ideal for the bad weather days. Thank you.

We had a brilliant 7 night stay in Jo's caravan. We are a family of 4 and our children loved it. The caravan is situated in a lovely part of the park with plenty of space. Really close to the Lake too. The caravan was very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. The caravan had everything we needed - lots of extras too. Really well stocked kitchen and full size fridge/freezer. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

have stayed in joanne's caravans all 3 three this is first time since she upgrade from fellside. this van was loaded more than my flat lol. you only need bedding. really quite part of the park. owners so easy to deal with. only fault no longer have the swing like in fellside lol. would highly recommend this van and owners
