Luxury Platinum 3 Bedroom Top Spec Caravan to hire on the 5* Haven Devon Cliffs Caravan Site.

Fully double glazed and central heated, front opening French double doors on to gated veranda with gas bbq, patio table parasol and 6 chairs. This caravan now provides complimentary wifi for your use subject to signal strength etc.

Lounge - There is ample contemporary free standing furniture, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee table with upholstered cube stools and gas fire.

Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated full size fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans. Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.

Dining Area - Is spacious with free-standing table and 6 chairs.

Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom with tv, ensuite toilet and sink and there is room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if needed and tv, also ensuite wc and sink. 2 x Twin bedrooms with beds that can be pushed together to create double beds. Sleeps 6 in total.

All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows.

Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin with overhead mirrored cabinet.

Veranda - Wrap around gated veranda with table and chairs with closeable and lockable gate.

Situation - The caravan is situated on Tamarisk Way with its own dedicated parking space.

Travel cot, buggy, baby bath, iron/ironing board, DVDs, books, games and beach toys available for use

Myself and my mom stayed at a stunning caravan with amazing views. We were blown away with all the lovely little touches from complimentary shampoos conditions, tea coffee. The caravan was spotless and smelt beautiful, it really was home from home. I spoke to a lovely girl called Hannah on our arrival, also delt with kirsten with the emails. We was more than happy with the service provided and would definitely use ukcaravans again

The caravan was beautiful and very homely. I love this model. Everything was thought of for those rainy days and all equipment needed was there for us as a family. Perfect location fornthe kids to play outside with the decking plus grass area too. Kids loved the games and dvds. The only problem was the gap along the top of the door and the key has become rusty from being in the key box I would have thought, making it difficult to open and lock on occasions. All in all wonderful stay and would love to go back again. Could maybe benefit from WiFi as signal is terrible for phone networks and accessing things online.

Owner's booking terms

£100 holding deposit is required to book the holiday with the remaining amount due to be paid within eight weeks of the holiday start date. We also require at the final payment a £100 damage bond which is fully refundable on inspection of the caravan after the holiday as long as there is no damage or loss and the caravan is left in a clean state and doesn’t smell of smoke.

Holidays booked less than eight weeks in advance will require full payment at time of booking. Payment is by bank transfer.

In line with site policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex parties under the age of 25.
