However the staff were very responsive to my phone call and 3 cleaners were there within the hour and cleaned beautifully.
The caravan was very well equipped, beautiful sea views, allocated parking.
We really enjoyed our time there. It felt quite homely with a lovely selection of dvds, toys, and other materials for children if needed. The outside chairs were much enjoyed on the decking.
One issue with a 5 night stay is that you cannot buy a play pass on the app.It has to be bought in person ...

One issue with a 5 night stay is that you cannot buy a play pass on the app.It has to be bought in person on arrival. As it isn't purchased in the app, you cannot access activity booking through the app. This made it harder to plan and get slots because being half term many activities booked up quickly and you had to book face to face.
That was the only negative to our stay.
