Owner Description
Our caravan is kept to a high standard, it is cleaned and checked by us between every letting to guarantee our high standard of cleanliness. (We also have more caravans on kingfisher)
Caravan has all mod cons including 47 INCH LCD tv, dvd, and playstation 1 in lounge..
caravan benefits from gas central heating & double glazing throughout.
There is a fridge freezer, full size cooker and microwave along with all cooking utensils.
Caravan is also equipped with a hairdryer and an iron, travel cot, bed guard, high chair, Bottle warmer and microwave steriliser. There are toys, games, buckets and spades for the little ones to use.We also have an outside a table and chairs, all for no extra charge
Duvets and pillows provided you just need bedlinen and bedding for travel cot if required and towels or bed linen can be hired from ourselves
Gas and electric is inc
We also charge a £50 bond which will be refunded after we have checked the caravan has been left as found (clean and no breakages).
in summer months there is a little train to take you to beach or shop or fantasy island great for little ones
site also has shop and launderette. Big tops showbar & arcade is free to enter & is located just at the entrance of the site
There are plenty of clubs n pubs close by n attractions within walking distance such as fantasy island n hardys animal farm.

excellent caravan with everything you could possibly ask for provided. they really have thought of everything !! caravan was spotlessly clean too :) site is really good for kids and the pantos were a hit. not forgetting Eddison the elephant who was my sons favourite ! needless to say I have rebooked for this year

i would just like to say caravan was brilliant,it was a home from home with all the comforts,the location was great 5 mins walk either way to the beach or entertainment.all the added extras such as bedding and it actually being made up was excellent(you save room in suitcase) the washing machine was greatand all the outdoor equipment like table and chairs and toys, bikes were great. we had a great week weather was good too if it hadn't been there was plenty to do inside playstation,films or games you can really tell this caravan has had a lot of thought gone into it, so that anyone staying there no matter what their need or the weather can really enjoy their holiday. it's really unusual for our family to stay in at night but we could have quite comfortably as the caravan was great i can't wait to go again next august

unfortunately we do not provide bed linen anymore for hygiene reasons. I only supply the duvets and pillows. you must bring your own now.
