Stayed numerous times always a great stay

We stayed at praa sands caravan park and found it to be first class in every detail site was top of the range the caravan could not be bettered everything perfect even the weather was good would highly recommend this site and this caravan in particular regards David Meakins

Caravan was lovely and clean.

Blinds were a bit tired in bathroom and kitchen but only a minor thing. Difficult working the oven as no temperature marking on it. Well equipped with everything that you need and also had games and books for a rainy day. Lovely quiet site and walkable to the beautiful Praa sands. Really good value for money and we enjoyed every second.

Everything perfect on arrival. Felt at home from minute opened the door. Stayed fr a week and have booked to return

Great holiday in this superb caravan when we arrived there were milk, teabags,coffee,and biscuits lovely welcome.

Caravan lovely and clean nice fresh crisp white sheets couldn't fault anything,the cleaner nothing was to much trouble highly recommend area great thankyou.booked again next year .

Fantastic caravan, clean, warm (heating on) on arrival.

Drinks and milk ready for us as the first thing you need after a long drive is a cuppa. TV is getting old and suffers screen burn but that said its a minor issue. Cooker has no markings so temps were a guess but at least it was clean. Club was closed for refurbishment which would of been nice to know beforehand. All In all a great priced break. Will book again for sure.

Fantastic stay in a lovely clean caravan with amenities, linen, towels and tea, coffee, biscuits and milk provided for our arrival.

The caravan is spacious inside, and was tidy throughout. The location of the caravan was excellent, a corner plot with nearby grassy areas to let the dog out on a lead, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend a stay here, and will be booking again for our next trip to Cornwall!

Weather was also fabulous! Location was perfect for our needs. We didn't use the clubhouse as it was lovely to chill out on the beach. Caravan was clean and had everything we needed.

The caravan was clean and tidy.

The site was lovely. All the staff friendly and helpful. The placement was also perfect. Not far from anything around you. The “Wellloe” by the beach was excellent ate there a few times. It’s a very central location as well. We are back staying in September. That says it all.

Lovely caravan with everything you could need, situated on a quiet park close to the beach. Perfect!

We love the site that it’s on.

Quiet and classy is the easiest way to describe it. Very clean. Nice bar and restaurant. Swimming pool. Ten minute walk to the beach and the “Welloe” we ate there a couple of times. Good food. Great view. Already booked twice next year.
