Description

Luxury Platinum 3 Bedroom Top Spec Caravan to hire on the 5* Haven Devon Cliffs Caravan Site.

Fully double glazed and central heated, front opening French double doors on to fully enclosed gated veranda with patio table and chairs located and overlooking a child’s play park so you can keep an eye on the children whilst enjoying the veranda. This caravan also has travel cot, high chair and bed guards for your use whilst on holiday.

Lounge - There is ample contemporary free standing furniture, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee table with upholstered cube stools and gas fire.

Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans. Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.

Dining Area - Is spacious with free-standing table and 6 chairs.

Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom with room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if needed, also en-suite WC and sink. 2 x Twin bedrooms with beds that can be pushed together to create double beds. Sleeps 8 in total using bed settee in lounge.

All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows.

Bed linen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at an additional cost if required.

Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin with overhead mirrored cabinet.

Veranda - Wrap around gated veranda with table and chairs with close-able and lockable gate.

Situation - The caravan is situated in a very quiet area of Devon Cliffs, Hawks View and is very quiet and great for children. There is a child’s play park to the front of the caravan. There is a lot of grassy area outside the caravan allowing space for playing outside, again great for children.

Owner's booking terms

£100 holding deposit is required to book the caravan with the remaining amount due to be paid within 8 weeks of the holidays start date. We also require at the final payment a £100 damage bond which is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan after the holiday as long as there is no damage or loss and the caravan is left in a clean state and doesn’t smell of smoke.

Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at time of booking. Payment is by bank transfer.

In line with site policy we are unable to except groups of the same sex or parties under the age of 25.
