Wow! When you first arrive the lodge is decorated with the words ‘welcome to wonderland’ and it definitely was for us. Despite the weather (wales what do you expect) the holiday was incredible. There were three adults and two children in our party and we had plenty of room. Lots of amenities already in situ which made our first few days all the more relaxing. No need to rush out to the supermarket. Although well situated only 5 min drive when you need to go. We loved our holiday thanks for having us.

Very very expensive. Restau4lrant food was atrocious.. This site was once our favourite Haven site. So sad to see customer exploitation at its most severe.

A great few days staying in this lovely lodge. Very clean and tidy in a very quiet location on this busy site. The lodge is on a flat area so great for those with limited mobility. In the lodge there is everything you could possibly need from cleaning equipment, kitchen utensils , dog equipment and linen for the comfy beds. We didn't buy any passes for the entertainment so have no comment but it did look very busy. Parking for the car was directly outside the lodge. The decking area was fabulous when the sun was shining. We will definitely be back. Thank-you so much.

We stayed in August 2020 with family. First time at this site and found it really good. Accommodation was brilliant, everything you need and very clean. Great value for money and would definitely return ??????????

The lodge is amazing! It is perfectly equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating. Huge collection of DVD's, which was great for the children. Everything was so clean, so cosy. The beds are very comfortable. The place where the lodge is situated is very quiet and peaceful, but still close to the entertainment centre of the park. We felt like home there and didn't want to go. I can't recommend it enough! Just book a holiday in this lodge and you will see. We definitely will be back! Thank you, Anne-Marie!

This lodge was a perfect size for us with 2 teenage kids. It was very clean, well maintained and had everything we could need. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms were a good size. I was pleasantly surprised that it doesn’t smell of dogs at all, knowing that dogs are allowed it was a concern even though we took ours. The decking area was nice and secluded and a little sun trap. The lodge position was far enough away to be quiet but close enough to the main area with a short walk. The site is a standard Haven but it has added a fair amount over the past couple of years. I would definitely recommend this lodge and do plan on returning. Thanks again Anne-Marie for the use of your lodge Sally

We use a great cleaning company for change overs etc but their job is made so much easier by the guests who stay with us, like yourself, who look after the lodge, treat it like their own home & leave it in the same condition as when they arrived.
