Our Brand New 2017 3 bedroom Swift Antibes Model is a top of the range caravan with all the added extra's you would expect from a luxury holiday home.

Our family-owned caravan is perfectly positioned on the new Seabirds development for 2017 in Razorbill. The caravan is located at the end of the close with no through road, making it a private, quiet yet convenient location not too far from the complex.

The caravan has a large sliding patio door opening onto a large veranda with outdoor furniture for you to relex on – perfect for those warm summer evenings!!

The modern and stylish interior has been given some beautiful personal touches, giving this holiday home a more welcoming and comfortable feel.

The spacious living room contains a L-shaped sofa and a clever coffee table that has extra seating cubes stored within, providing ample seating for the whole family. In the living room there is TV & Blu-Ray DVD player, Nintendo Wii with a few games, DAB radio and a ready supply of books and board games to play that provide plenty of entertainment within the caravan.

The spacious and modern kitchen has a dining table and comes complete with a gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, built in microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and all manner of kitchen utensils and crockery - all perfect for preparing family meals.

For your convenience, there is also a supply of cleaning products to be found under the sink, hoover and even an iron and ironing board.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms), so plenty of room for the whole family. Each has been individually styled and comes with duvets, pillows and mattress protectors in each room with the beds made up on arrival. The master bedroom and 1 twin bedroom comes with a TV for those evenings you want to relax with your feet up in bed. The master bedroom also has its own end-suite with toilet and sink for that added comfort and luxury!

The main family bathroom is unusually large and consists of a shower cubicle with power shower, modern sink unit with a mirror and lighting above it and toilet and a storage cupboard For your comfort and convenience, please remember to bring your own bath towels

To the side of the caravan is an allocated tarmac car park space with parking , with additional parking behind the caravan.

All gas and electricity is included in the prices quoted and as the caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating to all rooms, this the perfect place to stay for an out of season break!

Please note: NO SAME SEX PATIES are allowed in the van and all guest must respect other holiday makers and follow park rules.

Very modern, clean spacious caravan, the best we’ve stayed in. The kitchen is well equipped, and the caravan has lots of extras that you wouldn’t normally expect. We liked the location, nice and quiet with a good view and plenty of space around it. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

This caravan is one of the best we have stayed in at primrose Valley, brillant location on the New SeaBirds area overlooking the pond with ducks and a good view out to the sea. This caravan is home from home everything and more with all the extras. On arrival the caravan were spotlessly clean and very modern, we were well pleased after just opening the door. We chilled out on the veranda every night which has a good size table and chairs, just a 10 min walk to the Funworks main building of the complex. Loads of things to keep everyone pleased. You will not be disappointed with this caravan it's a credit to the owner and believe me we have been going to this site now for 34 yrs so we know when we get something worthwhile and this ticks all the boxes. When we return we will be looking into booking this again. Thank you we had a fantastic holiday in this luxury modern caravan.

Perfectly located at the end of a no through road with decking overlooking the duck pond and plenty of room around. Elsewhere on the site the caravans are packed very close together but not on razorbill. The caravan is very modern and clean. Communication with the owner was straightforward. This is the first time we have not booked direct with haven and now i don't think we will book through haven ever again. Superior standard caravan at a better price. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we returned to this site.
