Welcome to our platinum grade caravan situated on Havens Reighton Sands Holiday Park. Situated in Cedar Wood less then 3 minute walk from the entertainment complex.
Reighton Sands is a lovely quiet resort which has an indoor swimming pool, outdoor lazy river (weather permitting), showbar, bar/restaurant, children’s play areas, shop, launderette, a 9 hole golf course and even a land train to take you down to the beach.
The caravan sleeps 4, with the largest bedroom having a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and an on-suite shower and toilet. The family bathroom contains a bath and overhead shower and is situated opposite the twin bed room.
Both bedrooms have 32” smart TVs with inbuilt DVD players.
The kitchen has all mod cons including full size fridge/freezer, dish washer and a washer/dryer.
The living room has a sofa and 2 arm chairs rather than the built in furniture you get in a lot of vans, so is incredibly comfortable it also has a 40” smart TV with built in freeview, a separate DVD player and a large variety of board games for those nights in.
It also has sliding doors to separate it from the kitchen which is very handy if you have a dog that's been to the beach.
The caravan is connected to the internet for those that cannot be torn away from it.
We also have Netflix on all the televisions.
The living room has sliding patio doors leading onto a large wrap around decking with outside furniture.
Please note this is our family caravan and as a result has lots of added extras that you wouldn’t necessarily find in other vans.
We do take our own dogs there so if you have allergies this may not be the van for you. However if your furry friend is well behaved you’re welcome to bring them along. We also have full ramp access and parking space next to the van.
Bed linen is included in the cost of your stay.
Please note entertainment passes are not included. These can be purchased from reception if required.
This is a non smoking van.
Reighton Sands is open from March to November so all available booking dates are shown.

We have just got back from a short weekend away. The caravan is beautiful, well-equipped, clean and very well cared for. We absolutely loved staying here and will be rebooking for next year. The decking area is large and safe, our children 1 and 3 absolutely loved been able to run up and down without us having to worry. Very impressed, and will be revisiting.

Beautiful clean and modern caravan just a short walk to all amenities. Equipped to a superb standard with everything you would need. Lovely views at night of the sun setting from the furnished veranda. Had a wonderful holiday and would not hesitate to use this caravan again.

We had a wonderful long weekend in this very new caravan located in a quiet location (cul-de-sac) with spacious veranda within hearing distance of the sea. It is only a short walk to the mini mart, tractor ride to and from the beach, and playground parks for all ages..... We arrived to spotlessly clean accommodation, access to good WiFi for the teenagers and well equipped kitchen including tea and coffee! The living room is very spacious with TV (inc Netflix!) or board games for rainy days. The beaches are fabulous and fairly quiet. Definitely on the list to revisit.

Wow what can I say, the caravan is beautiful and has everything you could need and more. Some real thought has gone into making sure that your stay is perfect from the minute you get there. A real home from home. The site is lovely and clean with a real family feel to it. Great beach and some lovely places to visit just a short drive away. Only problem was we had to leave. Can't wait to get back. Excellent customer service from the owners, would definitely recommend.
