Hi there, I'm Gary and the owner of this fantastic family caravan. Its been in our family now for 4 years, and something we take great pride in.. Visiting frequently with our 3 children, so just amazing to be in a position for others to see the area and experience like we do. I do all the cleaning, change over, listing myself so you know you will be in good hands, and I work hard to make you stay a pleasant one. I am a huge Rugby League fan, Bradford Bulls being very close to my heart since I was a child. My weekends are spent by the sea.... or freezing on the terrace. Working previously as a Service Manager, and now in Sales I put a lot of effort into making your stay with us not only a perfect home from home, but take great pride if you decide to come back. Description

Welcome to our fabulous caravan in sunny Skegness (weather subject to change)! It’s a 3 bedroom caravan that can comfortably sleep 6 (1x Double, 2 x Twin). The caravan has been newly renovated inside and out, boasting new upholstery and furnishing throughout the living room, kitchen, double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. BRAND NEW double glazzed windows and doors this year, which are all lockable. There is a brand new 32” SmartTV with netflix and built in DVD player and range of classic board games for those fun filled family evenings. Or why not flick through our wide selection of books to take out on the veranda with gourmet table and chairs while you relax outdoors and soak up that sea air under the fairylights?.
There’s plenty of space in the kitchen cupboards, and feel free to help yourself to the Yorkshire (and therefore, best) teabags. As this is also our holiday home, we know there’s nothing worse after arriving and needing to go straight to the shops just for a brew, so we also have the essentials stocked up ready for you, not to mention all the cleaning products, tea towels, loo roll etc. So you can concentrate on making the most of the your holiday as we have already taken care of the little things. Just make sure you bring your own bed linen.

The caravan itself is located near Sealands family bar on Coral Beach Leisure park, a 5 minute wonder from Fantasy Island theme park and other local attractions. The plot has plenty of parking, but is not directly on the main route, so makes it ideal for kids and a safer place for them to play outside. The beach is on your doorstep with lovely scenic walks along the beach front that are dotted with cafes. It is also home to Europe’s largest outdoor market, all just a short walk away.

If walking is not your thing, there is a bus stop outside the park that heads into Skegness, Winthrop and Chapel St Leonards running as often as every 5 minutes.

All this makes it a perfect place for both families looking for plenty to do, and those just seeking a relaxing time away from all the hustle and bustle. We just ask that you respect our beloved holiday home, make the most of it, and leave it as you find it ready for the next folks to enjoy.

There is just a £50 deposit which will be returned when the caravan is left as found and securely locked. Don’t hesitate to get in touch to check for prices and availability, we don’t bite! We will try hard to accommodate you dates, we just have a minimum stay of 2 nights except Summer Holidays

Coral beach has Sealands Family Bar, which plays music for the kids who are also entertained by Pirate Pete and many other characters. Inside there is also a fantastic indoor Soft Play area, and a small arcade with some 2p machines.

Coral Tap room has 2 floors. In the main area you have Karaoke most nights and in the function area there is various live music and entertainment. Please see on site for Schedule.

There are 2 fish and Chips shops on site, selling Fish and Chips (obviously) and a variety of other take away food.
Fancy staying longer? Not to worry there is a laundrette on site.

Perfect location in Ingoldmells near all attractions. The caravan was spacious and well equipped, we were extremely pleased with the WiFi and Netflix provided as well as things we forgot to pack (blankets, washing up liquid, sponge, oil, condiments etc) being there for us already. We had a fab first holiday to Skegness as a couple and I’m sure we will be returning and rebooking this caravan! Also big thanks to the owner who was happy to help throughout our stay, Gary was very helpful and provides a great service which we very much appreciated during our holiday.

Excellent caravan. Very clean and has everything you would need. Brilliant location, off the main road but handy for both of the site pubs. Safe for kids to play. Can’t wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Gary’s caravan on Coral Beach in Ingoldmrlls. This was a last minute booking with only a couple of days notice and fortunately Gary was able to accommodate us following a very quick response with all the information we needed. The caravan itself was lovely, clean, tidy and obviously well looked after and in a good spot too. Everything that we needed was there, I’m aware that in light of COVID-19 some things may have been removed, however we were provided with info beforehand and told what we needed to supply and what was available in the caravan. There was enough space around it for the boys to kick a football about and not right on the main road, which was good. We were enjoying our stay that much that I text Gary to ask if it would be available to book for an extra night. We were lucky that it was and were able to enjoy our weekend a little longer ???? On return our deposit was returned the same day once checks had been completed. We will definitely be booking again in the future and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Katie

We went away for my partners birthday as a last minute thing. Gary was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. On arrival we found the caravan presented beautifully and even a bottle of bubbly. We had a great time and the Netflix was a nice touch on those chilled days. We shall definitely be back and highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Wanted to get away for the last few days of the school holidays and this was perfect. Caravan location is great. 5 minute walk to fantasy island and ingoldmells. Caravan beautifully decorated and clean. Spotless infact. Great to sit out on the veranda as it was hot weather. Would highly recommend. Will be booking again for sure.
