Absolutely fantastic stay. Could not ask for more with the caravan...so many extras that you don't normally find. Spotlessly clean....a true home from home. The site was wonderfully peaceful. Both had a fantastic stay and even ventured into the pool/hot tub twice!!! The staff onsite were so helpful. Ideal location for all the local tourist spots. As for Phill and Pete...what can we say.....nothing was too much trouble...communication was brilliant and all questions answered super fast. Even down to an email during the stay to check in with us to make sure all was ok and if we needed anything. We could not recommend this enough and both of us hope to come back again. Thank you for everything. :)

Caravan is perfect, the addition of a Washer/Dryer and all modern amenities such as Sky, Netflix , Smart TV and Alexa is a huge bonus. Caravan has everything you need and is clean. The guys are very helpful for recommendations. Thanks for letting us stay.

We had a fabulous long awaited weeks holiday in Ivy 10. The caravan had everything we needed, the Wi-Fi and washing machine were a real bonus. The caravan was spotless and beds were comfortable. Phill was really helpful, great communication and went over and above to help us enjoy our stay. We will definatley be returning when we can get availability.

Phil, Pete and the boys can’t do enough for you. Their caravan offers every single home comfort and more. There’s everything young and old children alike could wish for in terms of entertainment packages on the TV, PlayStation and excellent free WiFi. The caravan itself is spotless, I’ve stayed a number of times and each time the communication is faultless. They even popped round after a text from me asking how to set up the PlayStation! The site itself has had a huge makeover, it was always superb with something for everyone and is even better now. I will definitely book again it’s my grandchildren’s favourite place to go. I constantly recommend to my friends

We had a great stay in Ivy 10 - the caravan has everything you could need including Sky TV, WIFI, washing machine etc. and is extremely comfortable. There is easy parking very close by and it is an easy walk up to the clubhouse. Thanks to Phill and Pete who were great hosts - they went above and beyond to help us organise our stay and they made sure we had everything we needed. We got there late on a damp, dark evening and found the heating was already on, the van was lit up and they even provided some sweets for the kids and bottle of fizz for the adults which went down very well! It's the extra touches like this that help start your holiday well and make you feel welcome. We strongly recommend this caravan to anyone looking to stay at Cayton Bay.

Caravan was like a home from home and lacked nothing in fact lots of things to keep you entertained while in the caravan it was spotless throughout, the extras touches like bucket and spade , and many other little things were very welcome and much appreciated, the owners are fantastic, they made both myself, partner and grandson feel very welcome I will definitely be returning

We loved our 4 night stay. This van has the wow factor and will be booking again. You couldn't ask for more. The owners are so lovely and accommodating. The van is so clean and you feel very safe. If your looking for peace and quiet off peak its the perfect get away ????

10/10 for everything in IVY10. The caravan was clean, tidy and very homely. It was a home from home with all of the mod cons. It was lovely and cosy too with the electric fire under the television. We had everything we needed in the caravan, and if we didn't Peter and Phill were only a text message away. We was welcomed by Phill and a lovely bottle of bubbly which was unexpected. The communication with them was great, super helpful! We enjoyed our stay that much we booked to come back whilst we was still there. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you again!

We have just returned from our second break over the summer. we had originally booked in April but Covid put paid to that break away. Phill and Pete kept in regular contact with us during the pandemic and gave us the option to cancel.. It was well worth the wait!!! The caravan is amazing, really clean and with all the added extras, the kids were more than happy. The little touches give a warm welcome, from the stamped toilet roll to the welcome basket. The owners are a wonderful kind family, happy to help but completely none imposing (when they are on site) The van is sited close to the main site however far enough away to be lovely and quiet. The bay itself is stunning and nicely quiet (most welcome given the media attention on the seaside resorts at present) Can't recommend highly enough. We will be back!!!

Excellent stay! Caravan was spotless clean with plenty of technology including Alexa and Netflix (always a bonus on a rainy day). Communication from the owners was great and my dogs were also welcome. Thank you!

Had a fantastic 4 day break Monday to Friday, the caravan was amazing a real home from home the owners are so friendly and it was really easy to book. Our kids enjoyed it and appreciated the Wi-fi, we will defiantly book again and have recommended to family already

Could not fault our experience or the caravan or the owners at all. Had extremely good contact with Peter regularly, and had everything and more I wouldve expected from booking a break. The caravan was excellent, very clean and loved that it had everything we needed. Was lovely to meet both owners upon arrival after a long journey, and the bottle of white wine waiting for us was very welcome and meant we could start out break as soon as we got through the door! Also having a pumpkin for the kids to carve out over the weekend was again something else I really wasn't expecting and it meant we all had something as a treat, extremely thoughtful hosts. First time I've ever had towels left for us that we could take with us, was the best idea ever due to the bad weather and meant we could dry Daisy off really well on both days and have got them as spares now, again something that is a brilliantly nice touch that means everything we needed and things we didn't even think we did was there for us. Would highly recommend, and will be back next year hopefully in better weather.

Recently stayed for a weekend, on our arrival we were met by Pete, owner, who showed us round the caravan and all the operation. The caravan was of very high standard both the facilities and cleanliness inside and out. I can highly recommend this caravan both for couples and families.
