Had a last minute break at this lovely lodge. Check in was simple and contact with the owners was excellent. The lodge was very clean and had everything you need. The bed was very comfy and enough room for the travel cot. It was lovely and relaxing sitting out on the decking of an evening. Having a bath was a super bonus with having a young toddler. The lodge is very close to the amenities and has a great grassed area at the front of the lodge for kids to play. Will definitely return!

Great stay. My Kids had a ball with surrounding caravans kids on grass area in front of the veranda (sun trap too), also easy to keep an eye on them with a glass of wine from there. Comfy beds, loads of space, bath was added bonus to stick the kids in. Plenty of cutlery, pans, cups/plates for cooking. Shop on site is reasonably priced, restaurant was good quality and reasonable. 30 minutes from the zoo (£25 for family tickets on groupon). 5/5 for accommodation, a lovely few days away. Great communication from owners regarding directions/keys/play passes etc. many thanks!

Just home today after an amazing weekend at Lakeland. Myself, my partner and my son along with our friends and their son (the family who booked up). By far the best private hire lodge/caravan we have been to. It’s spacious, spotless and in a fantastic location. The deck area at front of house has the sun for most of the day (late morning early afternoon till sunset). There was loads of games and dvds suitable for kids and the facilities within the caravan was amazing. You literally have to turn up with you clothes and food and your set. Unlike most caravans we have prev been to where you have to pack the car with all sorts from home, well not this one. We will 100% book this again. Wow is a word I would use for this lodge absolutely thrilled to find this gem at Lakeland’s park. Communication from start to finish of booking excellent. Lodge very spacious inside and out plenty of room for all lovely living area with open dining area with fabulous kitchen you don’t mind cooking! Great bedrooms one with en-suite another with large tv also nice twin plenty of storage space in all rooms and also nice bathroom with best shower ever! Everything you want and more inside and out lovely green on the front to relax and watch kids play yet a 2 minute walk to complex. Family had an amazing holiday sad to leave but will defo be returning for future stays at lodge. Many thanks Serenia and the Mason Family xx

A lovely lodge in a really good location on the park. ThE lodge is really spacious snd very clean. Perfect for families The site is immaculate with loads going on for the kids. Can’t wait to return

This was our fist visit to the lodge we were so impressed that we have booked a stay later this year & made provisional booking for 2 stays next year.On our arrival we found the lodge in imaculate condition, it,s location on the site was quiet but handy to all amenaties . All the attractions of the area are very handy ( lakes shopping etc.)When we needed it service provided by the owner,who we found to be the most cheerful, pleasent and helpful person you could wish to meet, was first class.As one example the battery in my car key fob failed, i had no way to access my car, I rang Zoey to ask where i could buy a battery and without my asking she immediatly offered to call at a garage and bring me one, which she did. Over the byears we have owned and stayed in many Lodges and caravans THIS lodge is among the very best and we would highly recommend it to everyone. Pat & Dave

This a fantastic family lodge, so much room for a family of four. Its in a great spot on the Lakeland site. Would recommend this lodge to anyone looking to get away from it all. Communication with owner was great, will certainly be booking again.

Just came home from this lodge and have already booked for next year. The lodge was immaculate with everything we required (the WiFi was a godsend as we had 2 boys with us). Nice quiet location yet only a 2 minute walk to the on-site facilities. The owners were also very prompt in answering any queries that we had.

Loved absolutely everything about our stay in this lodge. It was perfect from start to finish. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves (as did we!) and the site is brilliant with lots for them to do. Also in a great location so was easy for us to go on days out, off site when we wanted too. Would definitely recommend and we already want to return!!! We could not believe how spacious it was inside, it was just amazing! Thanks again for a perfect week and we can’t wait to come back!

Jus returned from a weekend in this lovely lodge. We had a lovely time and my little boy didn’t want to go home. It was very well equipped and in a great spot not too far from the facilities but still a quiet spot. The grass area in front was great for children to play on. We have returned from a family holiday staying at the lodge. It really was a lovely lodge, very homely, clean, well equipped and even had games and DVD’s to be used. Communication with the owners was good and helpful. Would certainly recommend and stay here again.

Had a lovely stay in this home form home lodge. The home comforts just made the holiday. Stayed here for a long weekend but should of booked longer. My daughter was very in pressed with a voluble bed to herself. Very clean & tidy lodge, well equipped with everything you need. Lots of communication from the owner which put my mind at ease. Not all the facility’s were open due to covid but that didn’t matter as the Lake District is a beautiful place to be. Thank you for a lovely break away, I will be booking again. Jennie wardle

We have just had a brilliant weekend in this lodge and would highly recommend it. The caravan was very spacious and clean, with a home from home feel.Its close to all the amenities which is a 1st for us when having two young children.The owners are friendly and easily contactable.We have already booked again for next year.

Just back from a lovely stay in the lodge. The Wi-fi is fab, the kids loved having it as they could access their devices. It's something we always look out for now when booking. Very comfortable stay from the beds to the suite. Lots of room for 2 adults & 2 children. Would thoroughly recommend. We hope to stay with you again thanks x

Just spent 4 nights at this lovely lodge and could not recommend enough. Very friendly and helpful owners, very clean and well presented. The fact this home was very spacious and had a bath was a huge advantaged for us with a toddler. In a nice quiet area of the site and close to the main amenities. Definitely be booking again for next year, the nicest placed we have stayed at a caravan site ??
