A great place to stay, in a quiet part of the park. Great facilities and everything catered for. Will be booking again. Only - is no WiFi, and the network is very bad. This did not take away from the great experience 10/10

We've just spent four nights in this beautiful holiday home. There were 3 adults and a child of 4 yrs, plus our dog. There was plenty of room and the facilities were great. Jeff communicated really well. There was a welcome basket to, which my Grandson loved. The site it's self was clean and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

We felt extremely lucky to have found this size caravan in such a great location on the site and very reasonably priced. Jeff the owner could not have been any more helpful. He contacted us very early on in the booking process and was always available to answer any questions. The fact we could take our two dogs with us was fantastic and Jeff not only left a surprise treat basket for us but also included items for the dogs too. The Caravan was well furnished and some nice touches such as games and DVDs. The main bedroom was spacious and also had an ensuite. The kitchen had a full size fridge freezer and a washing machine. This was our second holiday at Hayling Island and the caravan provided us with a very comfortable base allowing us to visit the local beaches, use the onsite facilities such as the swimming pool and dog walking area, and take several trips into Portsmouth to the Historic Dockyard, Harbour Cruise and shopping centre at Gunwarf Quay. There are many take-aways, an Aldi, Co-op and Tesco all within walking distance from the park and some great places to eat on the Island too. We have stayed on many caravan parks all over the Country but this has to have been the best Caravan so far. Not only can we highly recommend this caravan but we would like to stay here again in the near future.

Thank you Jeff for a lovely experience! We felt very much at home. We arrived to a hamper with snacks, coffee, tea, dog treats and even milk in the frigde. The beds were so comfortable and the washing machine was a blessing! Lovely quiet area of the site and not far from the main facilities.

Myself and my family have just enjoyed a great stay at Jeff’s Caravan at Hayling Island Holiday Park. Communication with Jeff was very easy and he always responded promptly and let us extend our stay at short notice. The caravan has everything in it that you will need and is very cosy and clean. Jeff also leaves you a basket with goodies in it which is a very nice touch. We would definitely return.

This caravan is in a perfect place on this caravan park situated in a quiet part of the park. It was so nice to have the bed made up for us, the bedding was lovely and clean with great fluffy white towels in the bathroom. Could not fault for cleanliness of the van and the lovely little touches of toiletries and basket of treats. Communication with Jeff the owner was spot on, he even informed us that the caravan was ready earlier than 2pm book in which was a bonus for us after a very long journey and a early check-in much needed. This caravan is comfy welcoming and as everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Nice decking with seating outside. We loved our stay and highly recommend this caravan.

Lovely caravan on a quiet part of the park. A lovely welcome basket from the owner , which is always a winner with me .The weather was a bit hit and miss but it didn’t spoil the holiday . There are Plenty of things to do on the site and my 4 year old granddaughter loved it . We will definitely be planning a return visit

The van was lovely. Really clean. The little touches really made it. Soap, toilet roll and towels(was amazed!!) Really made a difference for when you arrive! Upon arrival a really lovely welcome basket of snacks. My boys 7 and 10 were very happy to dive into that! We played with the games selections that were in the van and watched a dvd from the selection. Just some really thought out things to make the stay a good one. The beds are comfy with lovely linen on them also. Washing line and pegs also provided which made me extremely happy. I had some questions about the local area and asked Jeff. Nothing was to much troubme for hi. Always happy and quick to respond to a message. Thanks Jeff. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We spent a week at this caravan and we as a family can say we enjoyed every minute spent there beautifully situated on a quiet part of the park immaculate accommodation and the welcome pack left by Jeff the owner was a wonderful surprise Jeff really does go above and beyond thank you.

Just wanted to say we had a lovely holiday, all went so smoothly the caravan was so nice my family enjoyed it so much we loved the little basket of food and chocs was such a lovely touch. We will defo be coming again and use the same caravan.

This caravan was one of the best we have ever stayed in, it was superb, it was very very clean and all facilities you could want. Jeff was very helpful and kind and the welcome tray was very good. the caravan was on the quiet side of the park but only about 5 mins from reception. Our 2 grandchildren loved it and so near to beaches and walks. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.. jeff was very helpful

Had a lovely week in Jeff's caravan. We were met on arrival by Jeff who had left us a welcome basket which was greatly appreciated. The caravan was lovely and clean with lovely bedding and towels. It is in a quiet area of the site, but close enough to the club house, shop etc. The only thing missing was a colander! The beach is about 3 minutes in the car and this has a fun fair for the kids, just one thing, go on the all day parking car park as you pay one price and the others are pay and display and cost more. Would definitely recommend Jeff's caravan and we would stay again if we were in that neck of the woods.

I have spent four nights with my family in this lovely lodge. I recommend this place for all families, a very quiet and clean place. Around 10 min walk to the beach. There is a funfair for smaller children, a beautiful sea view. After the pandemic, most restaurants have taken booking online.

Have had an amazing holiday. Caravan was perfect for us and Jeff was excellent and helpful. Had a basket of basic goodies on arrival and we felt very welcomed.

We only managed to book this via a cancellation and it was a last minute weekend break for us. Jeff was very fair and helpful. Very clean, homely, the welcome packet was a very nice extra touch. With towels, bedding, and such things as tea towels, soap, washing up liquid and cloth being include save alot off extra packing. Even a sitting area outside and bbq if needed plus a real washing line (anyone who carvans will know what a pain it can be drying all the wet towles!) The park is small but a great base. The van is in a quiet part of the park which had more space. The club house is what you would expect from a club house. food , drinks and entertainment all ok(ish) but what i will say is the staff were very helpful and polite. The swimming pool and park are also small but we managed to book in with the covid situation. 5 mins in the car if that to the beach front. If we could back this way, will definitely be calling Jeff for availability. Thank you again.

I don't usually write any reviews but this holiday was fabulous from beginning to end lovely caravan in a nice position Geof the owner was so helpful and the welcome pack was great even one for our little dog the bedding was of good quality and clean and fresh + towel,s . The only down side was because of my IBM I found the beaches very hard to access and pebbled although towards the end of the holiday after sorting the tide times out we found a nice sandy beach down by the Golf club and John,s cafe . Lovely lovely van home from home

Really nice caravan in a great location. Very nice owner, even gave us a welcome pack. Very clean and tidy, own parking space right outside the caravan. 5 minute drive to the beach and fair. Lidl supermarket is also only 5 minutes away with a great bakery for fresh bread etc.. lovely chip shops and a nice pub at the end of ferry road. Will definitely book again. Thank you.

Highly recommend, very clean, comfortable beds, lovely bedding, basket of gifts on arrival, finishing touches which decided that we will be definitely back. Very friendly atmosphere in the caravan park , facilities- indoor,outdoor pool, restaurant,shop + most important-very helpful owner.
