On site, you will find a lovely heated indoor swimming pool, which can be booked for yourselves. There is a site shop selling the usual necessary items, along with a family friendly pub with beer garden that serves food and drink. There is plenty of space for the children to play and explore, with woods, a play area and fields for them to have fun and run off all their excess energy. There are laundry facilities on site.

The Tropiquaria animal and adventure park, is also nearby and is fun for all of the family.

Doniford Farm is very close - here you will find a children’s play barn with a little cafe and play equipment, along with small and large animals to look at. There is also a restaurant and farm shop at the farm with a very good menu for food.

Moving a little further away there is historic medieval Dunster Castle and Dunster village itself, with many quaint little shops, pubs and tea rooms. Then onto the Victorian seaside town of Minehead, which has a fabulous beach (dogs only welcome at the far end by the golf course) harbour and again many shops and restaurants with a wonderful central garden area with a band stand with many groups/bands playing music during the summer periods. Butlin's is also located in Minehead, which is open to non-residents, with passes are available at the gate.

Exmoor National Park is a short drive away and there is plenty of exploring to be done in this part of West Somerset; do not miss a drive out to Porlock, Lynton and Lymouth, which offer the most fabulous sea views along the drive through Exmoor.

The famous West Somerset Railway is well worth a visit for a trip on an old steam train. Beautiful Exmoor and the unspoiled Quantock hills are close by and ideal for scenic walks with breathtaking views.

Taunton, the county town of Somerset, is less than an hour away and provides a shopping, cinema, theatre, railway station and an M5 motorway link.

Had a really relaxing holiday, caravan was amazing so comfortable. Spotlessly clean, such good facilities every thing you could want/need. My husband said the main bed was one of the very best we've ever had. He's 6"3 and had plenty of room and lovely and comfortable. Sadly didn't get to meet Iris however lots of contact by text and email. Thank you for the lovely welcome gifts. the wine was one of my personal favorites so went down a treat. Kodie dog loved her treats also favorites ( perfect as she doesnt have many teeth) Iris you must be psychic. The little garden was great for Kodie for popping out for neccessary things ! The decking is lovely way to sit and admire the beautiful views. Cant wait to visit again. Site is fab lots of lovely walks. Swimming pool great such a bonus. Myself and Amber had a great swim. Thanks again The Bowcott family.

Many thanks Lynn for your fabulous review and so glad all went well for you all. Will definitely meet up next time !! Best wishes iris x

Wow ! Thankyou so much Iris & John for letting us use your Beautiful Pet-Friendly Holiday Home from home !! You went above & beyond to make us feel so welcome & the "Special- Touches" on arrival was truly appreciated, many thanks. It`s hard to know where to start with a review when basically everything was so perfect Iris. After the journey over it was great to be able to park next to the van open the gate & let our 2 little dogs out straight into a nice sized secure garden to stretch there legs. The Decking area is so spacious & also gated so fantastic for pet owners. The complimentary new slippers left for us was a nice touch but wasn`t needed as we had our own which we used & was handy as the carpets in the Lounge/Hall/Bedroom being light grey would be easily marked, we caravan 2/3 times a year & this one was spot-less with great pots/pans/utensils, large Freesat tv in lounge & smaller in Main bedroom, shower was great, February was a little chilly but dry the Weekend we went so that was a Bonus, the central heating was superb as was the Elegant electric fire in the lounge which with the LED lights made it very cosy. The Park it self is lovely, well maintained & clean. The shop we cant comment on as we never found a need for it, Co-Op shop & take-aways close by, the on sight boozer "The Harness Room" is brilliant, great beer great entertainment cosy fantastic friendly Staff well run & a Chippie style Burger van available for hot tasty food on a Fri - Sat from 6pm... A Holiday we both really enjoyed, google the area, plenty about to see, would i recommend ? Would we return ?? Without a doubt !!! Thanks Iris & John.

Wow thank you so much for the fabulous review very much appreciated and great that you enjoyed your stay with us. See you again soon Best wishes Iris and John

We had previously stayed at Home Farm albeit in different accommodation, but this time we were even more pleased as Iris's caravan gave us a wonderful view across to South Wales, the view was fantastic from the veranda (binoculars in cupboard). The caravan was extremely well equipped and the surprise addition of a welcome pack was a lovely touch, Iris even left our two little dogs a gift too. Having a secure garden which is suitable for small dogs is great and with the veranda also being gated gives peace of mind should the main gate be forgotten to be closed. The outside table and chairs are great for alfresco dining and the recliners very comfortable. Home Farm has safe areas to walk your dogs and if your able, climbing the hill provides fantastic views with welcome benches to rest at the top. The onsite shop provides you with any essentials or the co-op is only just over a mile or so away. Iris's information pack was very useful for places to visit. We shall definitely be returning to this wonderful place, a really relaxing, friendly holiday site with the addition of a lovely beach on its doorstep and a beautiful waterfall off the cliff.

Thank you so much for this lovely review so happy that you had a wonderful holiday, look forward to seeing you in 2023 Best wishes Iris x
