Karen was extremely helpful from the start to finish. Providing excellent information about the caravan, holiday park and local area. The caravan was clean, comfortable and had amazing views. It had everything we needed. The toys, books and games were an absolute bonus which the kids loved! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Really lovely caravan, clean tidy and a lovely position on site. Lovely views on decking and from caravan. Owner really easy to deal with and responded quickly with any questions. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Booked this van last minute from the moment we booked karen was very helpful. The van itself is in a great position with lovely sea views and was ideal for our stay. We cant wait to return.

Wonderful stay at Ladram Bay. The caravan is ideal for a family with so many little touches that make it so homely, toys, games, buckets and spades etc. The caravan is in a lovely quiet spot with views looking out across the bay. It is at the top of a hill, but not too far away from the main complex. The home was clean and comfortable, and the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for! Thank you again to the family for sharing your lovely home from home. We will be back!

The perfect place for a perfect holiday with 2 children under 5. Accommodation was clean and tidy with comfy beds and plenty of living space. Will definitely book again for next year. The holiday park and venue are great. The beech is fantastic! The venue, arcade and swimming pool are brilliant. The play park, pirate ship, soft play and crazy golf are amazing for little ones. Good food & well priced, and the entertainment for kids topped off a memory bank holiday. Highly recommend.

Lovely caravan in a perfect spot. We love Ladram Bay as a family and always have a fab time come rain or shine…this time it was shine! First time using this van, communication from owner was wonderful, the position of the caravan is perfect, quiet with a fantastic view of the bay and a great little sun trap on the decking area. Could have done with a bath mat by the shower and some bits in the kitchen such as washing up scourer, salt, pepper. The caravan was clean and comfortable and we would definitely return and recommend to family and friends, lovely long weekend away.

Just returned from a last minute break in this lovely caravan. It was spotless on arrival with lots of extra touches including toys and games for the children. The location of the caravan is fantastic with sea views in a quiet location yet close to all the facilities. Karen the owner was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. We can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous location (close to the beach and stunning views) and great facilities for a family with young children. The accommodations is really comfortable and well presented and the facilities on site perfect for keeping the children entertained. Thanks for having us, would highly recommend!

I've stayed here twice now - once for a Mums and kids weekend, and once with a group of friends. The caravan itself is gorgeous with comfy beds and everything you need. It's close enough to the main facilities of the site without being too close. The neighbours are all friendly, and there's space for parking directly outside the van. Facilities onsite are great. There are restaurants, a soft play area and the 'club house' where the evening entertainment is based. This is family focused early doors, but plenty of opportunity for the grown ups to have a bit of a night out too and a fun vibe. There's a gorgeous pebble beach on site, and you can follow the paths either way at the coast to visit nearby beaches and towns. Take your walking boots as you won't want to miss it! All in all, a wonderful place to visit. The hosts are absolutely lovely too, I would definitely recommend and would book again without hesitation!
