Very nice, comfortable, spacious caravan. Situated in nice quite part of the site, close to the club and swimming pool but towards top end over looking the field. Plenty to do on site, all ages catered for.

Just returned from a week's break in this lovely caravan! We couldn't fault it at all. The location was just perfect, especially with a 4 year old it was great to be literally a few minutes walk to the entertainment, playground, beach, shop. We normally book a caravan that has decking but we liked the look of the patio at this pitch and we loved it and spent so much time out there, the furniture was very nice. The patio was gated so we felt safe if our son wanted to play out on the patio whilst we made dinner. Having a fussy child, we do not eat out much and we made 3 meals a day every day in the caravan and it was just like being at home with all the utensils, it had everything we needed. There was so much cupboard space in the bedrooms which was great. Overall we loved our week in this clean, well kept caravan and we already want to book again. Thankyou for letting us stay :)

We have just returned from a weeks holiday in Ladrum bay. Phil and Pauline’s caravan was amazing value and had everything you could need. The kitchen was very well equipped and even had cleaning products, tea towels etc. The master bedroom was very roomy with lots of wardrobe space and the en suite toilet was a great bonus. The home was very clean and tidy and has a lovely patio area. Phil was extremely helpful and communication was excellent. The actually is incredible and very clean and well organised. The position of the home is probably the best on the site as it is close to the beach, entertainment building, restaurant and swimming pools. Highly recommended and we will definitely love to come back.

We have just come back from a wonderful stay at Phil and Pauline’s caravan. The caravan had everything we could possibly need for the week and we really appreciated all the extra mod cons included. It’s perfectly situated on site only a short walk from the entertainment venues and the stunning bay and adjacent to the field which my children loved playing on. The new garden furniture was very comfy and our children were so pleased to be able to borrow beach gear from the storage bench. We loved going body boarding, rock pooling and kayaking from the private beach. It was our first time visiting Ladram Bay and we can’t wait to visit again next year.

Amazing week at Ladram bay in this beautiful caravan. Great facilities in the caravan and brilliant correspondence with the owners. Lots of fun things to do at the park and the caravan is in a perfect location for walking back from the entertainment and leisure facilities. Been here two years running and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!!

Just come back from a lovely stay at Phils caravan. The caravan was perfect, had everything we needed, was very clean and in a great location. Was great to sit outside on the relaxing garden furniture enjoying the sun ( when it decided to make an appearance) with a glass of red while watching my young sons playing football on the field which is right behind the caravan. Camp facilities were fantastic . My youngest loved the pool and the outside splash zone. Good local walks and outstanding views from camp. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this caravan. Phil was very helpful leading up to our holiday and we had everything we needed when we were there. Our two girls, 8 and 5, really enjoyed the whole caravan and loved their little room! It was very clean and cosy and we would definitely recommend this caravan to others wanting a comfortable family holiday. The caravan was situated perfectly in Ladram Bay, not too far from the beach, shop, play park, swimming pool and restaurant.

This was our second stay in Phil's caravan. It is very well situated for the amenities on the park. The caravan is very clean and well equipped, a proper 'home from home'. It has a lovely sitting area outside with table and comfy chairs so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine. We can't wait to visit again.

First time at Ladram Bay and in fact, first time in a caravan since I was a child. It will certainly not be the last. We had a wonderful week staying in Phil’s caravan. The children loved it and enjoyed all the amenities that were on site, such as the play ground and the private beach which is just a few minutes walk away. Thanks very much Phil. We have stayed many times in Phil's beautiful caravan and this holiday yet again did not disappoint. The communication received from the point of booking was excellent and any queries were dealt with both efficiently and effectively. The caravan itself is outstanding and in our opinion, through staying across the Ladram Bay site over the past 10 years is one of the best locations on the park. The caravan is backing onto a field with a lovely enclosed garden which gives you the peace and tranquility whilst still being in close proximity to the main facilities. The food in both the restaurant and beach shack were fantastic and we enjoyed an afternoon drink or two on the restaurant balcony overlooking the sea which was stunning. We enjoyed visits to Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton during our stay and a coastal walk to Sidmouth which was fab! This caravan is always left immaculately clean and will certainly not disappointed. Thoroughly enjoyable weeks holiday at a lovely location with great facilities at the campsite. Was able to enjoy numerous glorious walks. Also took the Starcross Ferry from Exmouth and onwards to Dawlish Warren which was a great day trip for only £6 return.

We've just come home from a lovely holiday in this caravan, no complaints at all. The communication with the owner was brilliant, he provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy the caravan and was friendly and polite. The caravan is very clean with everything needed to enjoy a self catering holiday. We cooked a few times and there wasn't anything we didn't need. The site itself was lovely, we didn't use many of the amenities on the site but the shop is well stocked and it was a very short walk down to the beach. If you have children, it's perfect.

Our 4th visit to Pauline and Phil's caravan. As always the booking process and communication beforehand was first class. The caravan was clean and well equipped. For us though, the best feature is the location. Such a prime spot on the best placed avenue on the site. A very short walk to all the amenities and outside the caravan is a field leading to the beach in 3 or 4 minutes. I can highly recommend this caravan.

We’ve been visiting Ladram Bay for over 25 years as a family and Phil’s caravan was one of the best we have stayed in! It was clean, modern and spacious and had everything we needed for the week. The instructions of key handling/caravan rules were easy to follow and the free wifi for 1 guest was a little added bonus for the caravan! We would definitely stay here again, it was lovely.

After visiting last year this was a well needed second visit to Ladram Bay, excellent communication from Phil who provides you with all the information that you need. The caravan is in a perfect position, it is very well equipped with everything that you could possibly need for your stay, it has lots of little touches that makes it feel very homely. Although the park was fully booked it never seemed too overcrowded, staff are very courteous and helpful, the children loved the beach and the swimming pool and splash zone, we even went to the circus that visited on the football field one afternoon. Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely home in a lovely spot in Devon to anybody wishing to book a staycation. Thank you Phil we will most definitely be back again.

Just got back from our stay and we had a lovely week. The caravan was perfect for our little family. It was very clean and looked after. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of crockery, utensils, pans and baking dishes. The outside patio area is a really nice added bonus. The view out the back of the caravan is so lovely, so nice to have a view that isn't of other caravans. The location is great as just minutes from all the sites amenities. Only thing we would say would be that we didn't find the mattress very comfortable but everyone has different preferences. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this caravan. What a find, the most amazing location in Devon. Stayed at this lovely home for a week from 8/8/20 with 2 young children ages 3yrs and 8yrs, , beautiful home on a fabulous site, fantastic quiet position overlooking large field where the children spent endless hours playing yet close enough to all the facilities on the site. Everything you could possibly need provided by the owners in the home and the most wonderful staff on site who are very customer focused. Sad to be leaving but very pleased that we discovered Ladram Bay and we will most definetely be returning.

We have recently had a fabulous holiday in Phil & Pauline's fabulous, latest caravan. Great service and very well organised. The caravan was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having the toilet en-suite in the main bedroom. Very nice well equipped kitchen and dining areas. Comfortable lounge. This caravan is situated on a lovely spot on site, next to a field with a pretty, private, sunny patio area. Well equipped with patio table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. Lovely pebble beach only 5 minutes walk. Nice walks all around but we especially like the walk up the hill towards Sidmouth starting in the field next to the caravan...absolutely stunning views! There is a good shop on site which sells everything! We also tried the chip shop this time which was very good. Great beaches at Exmouth, Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton only 10 -15 mins drive. Teenage girls enjoyed the holiday too. Will definitely book again with Phil and would highly recommend this caravan.

I enjoyed my time a Ladram Bay, I had previously walked to the area from Sidmouth and I had enjoyed the views and the beach. I used my week walking the coastal paths and countryside, and managed over 50miles in the week. Appreciated the return to the caravan and sitting out with a glass of wine watching the sun go down.

This was our second holiday in this wonderful caravan. My husband is a keen golfer and managed to get in three days golf thanks to a friend who lives in East Budleigh. He played 2 rounds at Woodbury Park and 1 round at Dawlish Warren. We enjoyed the walks that are available in the area. Same as last year, we were fortunate enough to have excellent weather. The caravan was spotlessly clean and the position overlooking the field was excellent. We would definitely recommend this caravan to anyone. Thanks Pauline & Phil for such a wonderful holiday.

Communication with Phil was great throughout and the booking process was easy. The caravan is well-positioned, over looking a field and the coastal path. It is very close to all amenities and the lovely pebble beach. We found it to be spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. The patio is an absolute sun trap with ample furniture and loungers. The holiday park was ideal for myself, my daughter and four year old granddaughter. I highly recommend this caravan at Ladram Bay.

This was the second visit for Mum, Daughter and Grandad to Pauline's and Phil's lovely caravan. The caravan is clean, plentifully equipped and in a prime position on the site. It is secluded but only a couple of minutes walk to all facilities and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. As before the booking procedure was efficient and the communication excellent with all email and text questions answered promptly. We thoroughly recommend this caravan.

What a fantastic caravan. We always holiday abroad in Tenerife. Some friends of ours were staying at Ladram Bay so we decided to join them. We found this caravan on the website. What a stroke of luck! The caravan is very well equipped , clean, and comfortable. It is in a good location on the site. The weather was very kind to us. We visited a few surrounding areas including, Lyme Regis and Beer. Overall, a wonderful holiday, in a wonderful caravan, in a wonderful location. We will certainly return, hopefully to this caravan. This was our third visit to Phil and Pauline's caravan and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time, if not more because we had brilliant sunshine everyday. We had a few nice days out visiting some National trust properties and nearby villages. It was so hot that sometimes we just lounged outside the caravan on the deck chairs and on the beach. We would love to return again.

Once again a fantastic and memorable holiday for our 3rd stay in this gorgeous caravan. The caravan is in the most fantastic location and truly beautiful inside situated in our opinion on the best caravan park! Ladram has its own private beach and beach cafe/shop which is great for ice creams, snacks and for the hire of boats, paddle boards and kayaks which the children loved! We took several coatal excursions and visited Exmouth, Sidmouth and Crealy Adventure Park which we really enjoyed. Lovely caravan in a prime location. We had a wonderful 10days at Ladram and will definitely be returning. This was our first visit and our time was made even better with the help Phil gave us. There was great communication and plenty of information regarding the caravan and the surrounding areas to visit if you want. Absolutely loved our stay really recommend the Van and the site which has its own beach with kayak paddle board and even boat hire available should you wish to enjoy the lovely Jurassic coast from another angle.

what a wonderful caravan a real gem on a lovely site. The caravan is placed in a ideal location on the site - minutes away from the club house, shop and sea front. The caravan itself was immaculate with all the mod cons - and the beds were surprisingly comfy. The kids loved every minute and we were lucky enough to enjoy some days of beautiful sunshine on the local beaches - this was made even easier with the owner Phil leaving buckets spades wind breaker etc on site for you to use. Booking the caravan was extremely easy and Phil was happy to answer any queries and I would definitely recommend the caravan and Ladram Bay.

Many thanks once again to Phil and family for a fantastic holiday. This was an extra special stay as we were also celebrating our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better caravan in a superb location. This is our second stay in Phil's caravan and it truly is beautiful with in our opinion, the best location on site. The children adore Ladrum Bay and the facilities are fantastic. The new beach shack was fab offering great food and ice creams and the hire of kayaks and paddle boards which they thoroughly enjoyed this year. We all enjoyed the coastal walk into Sidmouth and walk to Otterton. Another fantastic and memorable holiday. We will certainly be returning next year.

We were really happy to have come across Phil & Pauline,s caravan for a very last minute holiday.We have stayed in many cararvans for holidays and can honestly say this caravan is definately one of the best and on a lovely site overlooking the field with a good view of Peak Hill. Infact we are looking forward to our next stay in autumn .Caravan is up to date,cosy with all home comforts.Lacks nothing for a relaxed holiday . Peaceful and quite but just minutes from most facilities.Loved the patio area with its beautiful pots of colour.And we a had a giggle each evening when the seagulls did a mass stroll in the field nibbling along in the grass.In a beautiful part of East Devon which we fell in love with 30yrs ago.Stayed unspoilt all this time .Ladram Bay is a brilliant family orientated park for young and and a bit older !Highly recommended by us .

we have had a lovely holiday in your caravan which is a real home from home. every thing you need in a nice quiet position overlooking the field. we where very lucky to see a baby kestrel and a green woodpecker right outside the rear window as well has the usual wildlife. we where very lucky with weather. great walks from ladrum bay. good train ride from Exmouth to paignton with lovely coastal views a nice rest from the car. phil and Pauline have been very helpful and we would recommend this beautiful caravan to every one.

Many thanks for a truly fantastic and memorable holiday at Ladrum Bay. The caravan was absolutely beautiful and the location the best we could have asked for. Such a short walk from everything yet peaceful and idilic. We found it so lovely that the caravan backed onto the field which meant the children could run around and play whilst we could sit outside and watch them from the patio area. We have been visiting Ladrum Bay for many years and absolutely love it here. Having this caravan and location really did make it such a fantastic holiday. We will certainly be returning next year and pass on our thanks to Phil and family for their help with a quick and efficient booking and an overall fab holiday.

I stayed in this accommodation last week with my wife and kids (7 and 10). It was exactly as described in the advert and we could not fault anything with the accommodation and was clear it was new / well kept. There was everything needed and a few extras (fishing nets / buckets and spades :-)). The kids loved the site, location and all the amenities. Would definitely visit again and if this accommodation was available would book again. Thanks Phil and family you have a lovely static van!!

Beautiful caravan with all the facilities you would ever require when you are on holiday. On the sunny days we had BBQs, relaxed on the provided sun loungers or flew our kite on the lovely field right next door. On the not so sunny days our four year old was more then happy playing with the provided games and watching her DVDs. Everything was spotless and the added second toilet came in handy. We all agreed while we were still on holiday that we would love to come back again. The caravan is located only a short walk from all the facilities but far enough away to get a good nights sleep! Thanks for everything Phil, you made the whole process so easy and provided all the information we required for a great holiday!

Incredibly good value for money with a quiet locations whilst still close to all the amenties of the Ladram Bay site. Contact with Phil during the booking process was helpful and professional, leaving us with no worries about booking with them.

Really nice caravan in quiet position overlooking fields .Also very friendly neighbours. The layout and decor in caravan are excellent and it is well equipped for all needs. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure and the booking a very smooth process.We were given lots of useful information about the site and area. On top of that we were lucky with the weather and had a lovely week.

I would take issue with the 'Type of Holidaymaker' picking list ! I would prefer 'Young at heart couple of indeterminate age' as an option. I'm struggling to find anything thing else to moan about ? but I do remember it raining heavily over a 24 hr period during our 14 day stay. Lovely holiday, thanks Phil and Pauline.

We were very honoured to be the first guests in Philip and Pauline's new caravan. It is really beautiful and very well equipped with everything you could possible need it was a pleasure to stay there. Although the weather was disappointing for the first few days, then the sun did come out which allowed us to enjoy the caravans outside facility's, sun loungers etc. The surrounding area has lots of very pretty villages and nice walks. We hope to return in the future.
