The caravan is very clean and tidy with everything you need while staying here. It was very easy to book up and heard back straight away.. This is mine and my sisters 2nd time coming to this caravan and we're really happy with everything , we will be coming again.

Best caravan we have ever stayed in. Has ever little extra that you need. The owner is on hand to help and advise you and such a nice helpful and caring lady. Caravan was immaculate and we enjoyed every minute we were there so much so we did not want to leave! We do hope to be back soon

Can’t recommend Denise as a host more, very attentive and responded so quickly to all of our queries. The caravan is spotless and has everything you might need, even a pint of milk in the fridge for when we arrived. The site itself is brilliant and well situated for lots of other lovely places to visit. If you have young kids then farmer palmers farm is a must. West bay, Weymouth and Lyme Regis are all very close too and well worth a visit

An absolutely fantastic place to stay with a young family, the caravan is beautifully presented with more than enough room for the 4 of us! The views from the balcony really add value to your stay as it's a lovely place to unwind once the children are in bed! The park has plenty to offer for all ages and is located close to.many towns, beaches and attractions. The owner made sure the caravan was well appointed and I must say was very understanding when our 4 year old decided to hide the caravan keys as we were packing up to leave! Camp- Great location and staff friendly. Safe to walk about and with good facilities. Caravan - spacious and comfortable.. it was also very clean and with everything we needed The caravan was in a good location, near to entrance which helped with getting about and catching the bus.

Just returned from a 7 night break staying in this beautiful caravan. Denise is a great owner and communication is spot on before and throughout our stay! The caravan is located with the most beautiful view and just a short walk to the complex (2 mins). The caravan itself had everything we could have needed and was spotlessly clean on our arrival, so we felt instantly at home and comfortable. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful part of the country, where walks and places to visit in this area are endless.

Had an amazing break away in this fantastic caravan! It is so beautifully spotless and clean and nothing was too much trouble from the host! She is so lovely! The sea views are incredible there and we felt so relaxed and our children had the most amazing time! Such a stunning location with its own private beach and the caravan is beautiful! We had a fantastic mini break, arranged at very short notice by Denise. The caravan is situated in a very good position with sea views. The accommodation was extremely clean and very well presented and had everything we needed. Denise was the perfect host and very thoughtful at every interaction we had. Value for money was excellent too. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone and we look forward to returning in 2025 for longer stay.

We had a lovely stay at Freshwater, the kids loved the pool areas and the fact that we were so close to the beach. The caravan was spotlessly clean, with cleaning products also available for guests to use. The tea, coffee and biscuits were also a lovely touch. The owner was lovely, I could tell that she really wants to ensure that her guests enjoy their stay....we will definitely be returning ????

We contacted the owner at the last minute on the very slim chance that we could be accomadated the following day, Denise pulled out all the stops and we were able to spend a very enjoyable evening with family who were also staying on site. The customer service was perfect,, Fast, informative and extremely helpful. The position of the van is just slightly above the main facilities and the rest of the park, giving you beautiful views across to the beach, also close enough for a short walk to all facilities but just far enough away for a bit of peace and quiet. The condition of the caravan is pristine and it is very clear this is down to the attention to detail that is spent by the owners. Tea & Coffee is in the van ready which is a nice touch in any caravan, However , with this rental pretty much every detail is thought of, from a couple of tablets for the dishwasher to a spare shower gel to torches to help you home at night. We have absolutely no hesitation in reccomending this accomodation and in fact have already done so & we will definatley be back very soon ! Thank you again

Placement of caravan & views are amazing! Pictures don not do it justice. Easily accessible within minutes of resources and 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach via a short cut path way to the left of the caravan. Host, Denise could not be any more helpful. The caravan was spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend. Peaceful & quiet even if the facilities are nearby. Booking again for next year!

Wow… I cannot fault this caravan. Denise was fab from start to finish with communication and even asked what milk we would like on arrival for that first cuppa. Attention to detail is second to none and everything has been thought off. The view is amazing and a short walk to all the amenities too. Great for our children who are 10 and 7. It was perfect … 10/10 from us.

Denise is a fantastic host who was informative, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. The caravan has a fantastic sea view and is situated near the amenities. We had a fantastic stay at Denise's van, the place itself was spotless, comfortable (the bed was amazing!) And felt like home from home. Everything we needed was supplied, the fridge is bigger than ours at home! Denise was kind, attentive and couldn't do enough to help us. We took our 2 year old son with us and the facilities at the park were brilliant, the pool especially was well equipped, clean and safe. We all had a fantastic time and loved sitting in the evening looking out at the sea and the sunset. 100% would book with Denise again (if she will have us ; ) Thank you again for such a memorable trip!

Just returned from short break , the nicest van we’ve ever stayed in , absolutely everything u could think of is supplied, beautifully clean , everything seems brand new. It’s on a really nice site & has an incredible view from the terrace & lounge. Denise the owner was great , loads of communication, fantastic experience from start to finish, plus we had some weather . Would like to keep this van a secret, but that purely for selfish reasons ???? Will definitely be booking again.

We recently stayed 2 weeks at Denise’s caravan just after Easter 2024 and we would highly recommend booking a holiday at Freshwater in her caravan. The caravan is looked after with care and is kept to a high standard of comfort and cleanliness. It is fully equipped for all needs. The beds are comfortable. On top of the excellent facilities in the caravan the view from the caravan is incredible, it encompasses you from morning to the evening the sea, sky and cliffs. We particularly enjoyed the evenings sitting on the sofas looking out onto the view, beautiful and just what we needed a place to relax. The facilities on the campsite have everything you may need. The shop is very well stocked. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Restaurants and bar and bowling. Great place for adults and children. Lastly just a big thanks to Denise who from the booking, welcoming and making sure all was good during our stay was kind, friendly and efficient. Lovely lady We will definitely be coming back to stay at Denise’s caravan.

Had a fantastic short break at Denise’ caravan. Great location, fantastic view and everything you could possibly want in the caravan. Great communication so no worries at all on your holiday. Denise sent regular text messages just to make sure I had everything I needed. Would be great for a family as the complex was lovely. Short walking distance to the beach and the coastal path. Before getting into the caravan you can't fail to be impressed by the views, which you can also see from the inside. The caravan itself was as expected, was very clean and well presented. There were also lots of extras, handwash in the bathrooms, dishwasher tablets and even a tea towel and oven gloves, as well as tea, coffee and milk in the fridge for your first cup of tea! Denise is very good at answering any queries very quickly and is very efficient. We had the pleasure of meeting her and found her very friendly. Do not hesitate to book this caravan you will not be disappointed!

This holiday caravan will not disappoint.it is in a perfect area of the site.very peacefully set back from the nosier areas. The caravan was very clean and cosy with beautiful views looking out to the sea in the distance. What a wonderful caravan, in a perfect spot at Freshwater! Everything you could possibly need is already there, like home away from home. Denise is a fantastic host, kept in touch and even updated us on the local weather! Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastically clean, the caravan is fresh and up to date with a veranda that’s a perfect sun trap! We had a wonderful week in this beautiful caravan. Everything was provided and in lovely condition. When Denise said you only need to bring towels, she meant it. There wasn’t anything that hadn’t been thought of. The site is great and there were beautiful views of the sea from the lounge. It’s also situated far enough from the club house so as not to be disturbed at all. I can thoroughly recommend this caravan.

We feel so fortunate to have found this gem of a caravan. Lovely caravan in a beautiful position on a park full of facilities! From first enquiry to the end of our holiday and refund of deposit there was not one problem. The caravan is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Denise (owner) is lovely and easy to communicate with. The photos really don't do this caravan or it’s location justice!! Beautiful sea view from inside the caravan and from the decking. My partner and I are in our 80s. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and in excellent condition. We only used cooking facilities on a couple of occasions and all utensils were there. The site was clean and tidy. The area of the home was quiet and we both slept well. Denise was very helpful from the first email I sent her. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, I highly recommend this caravan. Firstly the view over the sea is stunning. You can sit in the lounge and take it all in. We found the van to be very spacious, beautificaly presented, comfortable and immaculately clean. The bed was really comfortable. Couldnt have asked for more. The site is quiet at night allowing for a restful sleep. There is a full length raised decking which again gives great views of the sea. On the site there is good entertainment. Two lovely swimming pools with sauna and steam room as well as a jucuzzi. The restaurant serves lovely food. Lastly Denise the owner was brilliant at keeping in contact with us from start to finish. She made the whole process from booking onwards very simple. May 2023
