Welcome to Morwenna, our stunning Willerby-Malton 2022 caravan, set on Park Dean Lizard Point Holiday Park, in Cornwall.
STRICTLY NON SMOKING AND NO PETS.
On entry you will see a tastefully decorated lounge area with 2 comfortable sofas (one pulls out as a bed), and coffee table.
There is a 32 inch TV with built in DVD, books and board games, toys and cards.
There is a very well equipped kitchen. Full size fridge freezer, gas cooker and hob, kettle, toaster, cafetière and microwave. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, tea towels, foil, bin bags, cloths , washing up liquid and cleaning essentials. There is ironing board, iron and large clothes airer. Dining table with chairs. Fully central heated & double glazed. All gas and electric included in price. Beds come stylishly made up with hand towels in both bathrooms. PLEASE BRING OWN BATHING TOWELS.Complementary tea, coffee, sugar including a cake or biscuits.
Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm.
Battery powered slimline vacuum cleaner.

2 twin rooms, cosy with storage wardrobe and power points each with USB point.
Master bedroom is a double bedroom with upgraded comfort mattress, small vanity table with mirror and stool, hairdryer & wardrobe with shelf. Bedside lamps and power point with USB point.
Bathroom with spacious shower cubicle, bath mat, complimentary shower gel ,sink, hand towel, toilet and toilet rolls.
Also separate toilet and wash basin.
Outside there is a large decked side patio with picnic bench which is warm and sunny in the afternoons.
Further large deck/patio to front of property which is accessible via lounge patio. Large outdoor dining table and chairs that seats 8.
Parking for 1 car outside caravan. Further parking available at reception. No parking allowed on verges .
Please bring your own towels. Only hand towels are provided.
WIFI is available in site facilities and free basic WIFI accessible in caravan. Option to purchase faster WIFI / downloads / streaming from Park Dean .

Entertainments / pool passes are NOT included but are obtainable from reception for a fee payable to Park Dean.
Access via key safe. Details given 48h prior to arrival.

Check in and out times are very strict to allow for change overs. Please make sure you have vacated by 10am or an excess charge will be made .
Check in after 3pm unless otherwise arranged.
We cannot usually allow earlier check in and the caravan will not be ready until this time .

PLEASE TAKE ALL RUBBISH TO NEAREST RUBBISH POINT and return key to lockbox on departure. House rules MUST be followed and any excessive cleaning or disregard for rules will result in referral to Airbnb and a charge being made/ negative feedback.

No pets ! If pets are seen into the caravan or seen on the decking, or we have reason to believe you have brought a pet into the caravan you will be asked to leave, and your agreement for renting out our Airbnb will terminate immediately.
This is because we have visitors with allergies and anaphylaxis to pets and fur. Therefore we cannot tolerate people breaking house rules that may endanger the health of others .
Absolutely NO exceptions . We hope you understand why we reiterate this.
