Fantastic holiday. The caravan was spotless , comfortable and the views from the windows of the loch are amazing. Communication with Yvonne is excellent and answered queries straight away. The caravan is in a perfect place as a base to enable you to travel around to see the beautiful landscape further afield. Hopefully we will be able to visit and stay in your beautiful caravan soon.

Booking process went very smoothly, Yvonne was on the ball with relevant information and any problems encountered a pleasure to deal with. The Caravan its self was spotless clean and perfect for us four, three adults and a child. One minute walk to main building in site with Bar, kids play area and food served and entertainment at weekends.. Over all great weekend and would not hesitate booking Yvonne’s van a second time around. Highlight of my stay was watching an Osprey flying up Loch with a fish in its talons, fabulous…Many thanks Yvonne..

Arranged quite a last minute trip to stay in this caravan for a short break with my 6 year old son. We had an excellent trip! This caravan park is special to me as my parents owned caravans here for many years and I have other family on the site. Yvonne’s caravan is superb- really comfy and homely, spotlessly clean and lots of little extras. We got lucky with the weather too. No wifi wasn't a problem as the brand new clubhouse is no more than a minute’s walk away and it’s free and super-fast there. Food and soft play excellent there, and staff all lovely. Communication with Yvonne was always very easy and efficient. A brilliant stay.

2nd time staying in this caravan and won't be the last. Caravan is lovely, clean and very comfortable. Views of the loch are breath taking. We will definitely be back. Thanks Yvonne for another fantastic stay.

This is our third time renting this holiday home, that speaks volumes. As before the booking process was smooth and communication with Yvonne is great. The caravan is spotless and there is a great view of Loch Earn from the front window. We had a lovely relaxing comfortable long weekend. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here in August 2023 and was thrilled with the homeliness of the caravan, and for all the extras you might forget e.g. tin foil! Those little bits make such a huge difference. There is an Aldi and Co-Op about half hour away so we stocked up and ate in the caravan most days and it was great for cooking in. Personally we loved having no Wi-Fi for a week, but if you need it you can just walk up to the Lodge a stones throw away and access free Wi-Fi there. Communication with Yvonne was excellent from start to finish. The area was beautiful, even with this summers weather. Highly recommend for a perfect ‘shut off & relax’ week!

Stunning, modern and immaculately clean caravan with lovely views of Loch Earn. Excellent communication from Yvonne prior to and after holiday. Our grand kids had an amazing time here too. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

Selecting the Caravan and all booking correspondence made very easy by Yvonne. Caravan absolutely spotless giving you an excellent first impression. Everything in good working order no problems at all everything went to plan. Larger than normal shower and lots of nice homely touches, cards, dominoes etc.. everything provided in terms of cooking. Really comfortable beds and the scenery around the site is breathtaking. We were all very sad to leave ??

A weekend spent with friends for fishing at Loch Earn at Yvonne's caravan which was very clean and very comfortable, really good restaurant and bar on site. Yvonne's caravan is in a beautiful location stunning views would definitely book again.

The caravan had everything you could possibly need for comfort, it was lovely. The view over the Loch was perfect and the deer wandering about were a surprise. Lorraine made booking easy and getting in was straightforward. The sweets in the biscuit barrel were a nice treat. Was definitely worth the long journey we had and wished we had stayed longer.

A beautiful Loch side caravan equipped with absolutely everything we need. Stunning view of the Loch and a lovely patio area. Yvonne has been a great host answering any questions we have very promptly. St Fillans is a very short drive away with a few resturaunts/ coffee places. Leisure Park also has a soft play and restaurant. We would definitely love to come back again.

This was our first caravan holiday as a family and it didn't disappoint. The caravan was great - well equipped and comfortable and it has a really lovely outlook over Loch Earn and the hills beyond. The location is fabulous and it is a great place to relax and explore the local area. There is a great soft play for little ones on site which is exactly what we needed on our one wet day! Overall a great experience and one that we would like to repeat in the future.

Booked this caravan for the weekend for my parents and we weren’t disappointed. Fabulous cozy caravan that had everything we needed. Was situated in a great spot in the park too - very handy for walking up to the bar/restaurant. Will definitely be back!

We stayed in this caravan for a week. The caravan itself was brilliant, everything you needed was in there, including a game of monopoly. Very clean inside and well kept. There is a nice wee patio at the side of the caravan which has table and chairs and a view down to the loch. The site is perfect if you have a boat or jet ski, which we didn't, but we did rent a fishing boat for the day, which was a 10 minute drive away and we explored the full loch. The clubhouse was great, lovely food and priced not to bad either. The only problem is because of covid it wasn't opened every night, but you were a 30min walk away from St Fillans and there are 2 restaurants there. If you are driving Comrie and Crieff are not too far away and we heard there are good places to eat there. We both had a wee drink on an evening so we never went unfortunately. On the walk to St Fillans there are wee spots next to the loch you can set up your own bbq, which we did a few times. I would definitely book up again, Yvonne was more than helpful and a great host. In short, great caravan, great location, great value for money.

Lovely clean caravan in the post ideal setting, the views alone are worth the long drive up to the Loch. Smelt very clean, lovely fresh bedding & plenty of bits if you want to go all our self catering (we’re too lazy for that!) Ideal location for the local areas and we found some gems. We were very happy with the cleanliness and presentation of this caravan. The facilities were excellent and we had use of a gas barbecue and a garden table and chairs. The process of booking this let was smooth all the way through from the beginning to the end. Would highly recommend booking this caravan.

Arrived to find the caravan both stunning and spotless everything was just as the description given buy the owner. We used the restaurant and bar on the site and found the food to be really good and reasonably priced as were the drinks in the bar, we also found the staff polite and attentive nothing was a problem. We had a great few days here and would recommend it and will definitely be back in the near future.

Lovely caravan, most amazing tranquil views too. Clean and well appointed. Comfy beds and a lovely place to relax and look at the views with a cup of tea. Perfect base for me and the kids for a wee break. Play park near by and club house (sadly closed due to covid but good to know it’s there for future stays!) Lovely park in general. Well worth a visit.
