Rockley Park - Holiday Accommodation 22018

Our luxury caravan is on the lovely Haven Rockley Park site, with beautiful views from the outdoor gated wrap around decking, of Poole Harbour and the nature reserve of Arne beyond

Quiet location just a 2 min walk to the beach with marina and cafe serving snacks, ice cream and hot drinks + paddle boards and kayaks for hire through Rockley Water sports. 5 min walk to the main complex with swimming pool, shop, sports zone, crazy golf, restaurants and entertainment

Perfectly located to explore the stunning Dorset coastline

Fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, full size fridge freezer and dishwasher. Washing up liquid, tablets and cleaning cloths, condiments such as salt & pepper, bin bags and toilet rolls all provided.

Living space has a flame effect fire and mood lighting, in addition to central heating, for cosy nights in. 55" Smart TV plus books and games to keep the family entertained. Starlink Wifi available in the caravan.

3 bedrooms + double sofa bed in lounge. Master bedroom with double bed has en-suite WC, Smart TV, wardrobe plus storage, dressing table, hair dryer, iron + table top ironing board. Both first and second bedroom have 2 x single beds +wardrobe and storage

Shower room with walk in shower ,toilet, and basin . Additional toilet in master en-suite

Wrap around gated decking has outdoor table and chairs .

Mop and bucket, dust pan and brush in cupboard by the fridge, cleaning materials if needed under the kitchen skin.

Free parking for 2 cars outside caravan.

Local bus goes from the site for trips to Poole, Bournemouth and local area.

This is a pet free caravan but not suitable for guests with allergies. We have a regular guest who stays with an assistance dog.

Poole is a great location and excellent base to explore Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Swanage, Dorchester, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle, Weymouth and many more. Walk the Jurassic coast, or try some water sports in Poole harbour.

Small private beach is a two minute walk away, ideal for crabbing and fishing or a lovely location to sit and watch everything going on with a cup of tea or ice cream. The beach cafe does great breakfast rolls, a perfect spot for a morning stroll. Due to strong currents by the marina the beach is not suitable for swimming, only paddling. Rockley Watersports offer paddle boarding, kayaking and boat hire from the beach.

There is a lovely walk to Ham Common nature reserve and take the path behind the tennis courts (look for yellow arrow). Follow this round to another beach and pier. Takes about 20 minutes. There is fishing lake along the way with lovely views on the walk.

Entertainment passes are available directly from Haven at an extra charge. Once booked in with us we will organise for Haven to e-mail you with information on how to purchase play passes.

Passes needed for:

* Shows and entertainment in the club, day and night.
* Indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
* Sports zone and crazy golf, football, archery, basketball, play areas (indoor & outdoor), tennis.
During November and December entertainment stops and on site facilities close down for the winter. Site is closed in Jan and Feb
Haven have started running Christmas breaks from mid Nov to New Year, this means the facilities are open but currently they are not allowing play passes to be purchased from private rentals during this period.
You can use restaurant and amusement arcade without play passes.

Bedding – we supply bedding and a double quilt and 4 pillows for main bedroom, two single quilts and 4 pillows for both twin rooms and a double quilt and 2 pillows for the sofa bed in the lounge (this is stored in the master bedroom wardrobe). All beds have mattress protectors. The sofa bed is more suited to children then adults.

Please bring beach towels. We supply quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, tea towels and shower mat.

Wifi code and details for how to use central heating and fire are located in a black folder in the caravan.

Caravan key is located in a key safe by the caravan, details will follow closer to your stay on location and key code. Please ensure this is returned to the box and locked when you leave.
