Our wonderful caravan is located on Newquay Caravan Park, which is a friendly, quiet, relaxing Parkdean caravan site complete with on-site facilities. We are situated in The Pines section of the Park, backing onto the neighbouring golfcourse. The decking can be a suntrap if you wish to sit and relax in the peace and quiet - it is also a lovely spot to sit and watch the sunsets in the evening! It is equipped with table ,seating and sun umbrella for those hot days!
Parkdean,Newquay is very family friendly (park policy means no large groups of single sex parties) which makes it ideal for people who are looking to get away and relax. Passes for club/entertainment can be collected from reception for a small charge per person. There are three swimming pools on site, all of which are outdoor. The site has playareas for children and they run childrens\'activities during the main holiday season(details from Parkdean Newquay)
We welcome small well behaved dogs, for which we make a nominal charge of £20 per week each.Dogs need to be kept on a lead whilst in the park but there are many dog friendly beaches with year round access including:-Great Western Beach,Towan Beach Fistral Beach, Harbour Beach-all in Newquay and slightly further afield - Crantock ,Watergate Bay, Constantine, Mawgan Porth beaches. There are many more too but as you can see your dog is welcome in Cornwall!
It is a short drive away from the famous Fistral beach in Newquay which now boasts a Rick Stein fish and chip restaurant. We are also close to Watergate Bay, home to the highly coveted "Jamie Oliver Fifteen" restaurant. Lots of places to surf or have lessons if you are a beginner.
There are many small coves with sandy beaches making it an ideal location for families with small children,or those of us who just love to walk along beaches! A walkers paradise if you love to take in the coastal paths
Situated well within reach of all of the main attractions like, the Lost Gardens of Heligan,The Eden Project,Trerice and many others in Cornwall, which give a fabulous day out as an alternative to the beach
There is a train station in Newquay,.National Express coaches run regular services to Newquay from areas around the UK.There is a bus stop outside the park entrance and there are local friendly reliable taxi services.

We had a lovely time staying in this van. We loved the fact it has proper sofas. The heating is better than ours at home. It is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the people that own it are really nice. It is the best van we have stayed in and we have stayed in many over the years. The site is small and has everything you could need. The warm outdoor pool was ace and we used it several times when the air temperature was only about 10 deg c. We will be back ????
Thankyou for the lovely comments. We try to make everyone's stay as good as what we expect when on holiday. We love our caravan and glad you did too

Absolutely amazing break away at this perfect caravan. 10/10, equipped with everything you will need and set in a great location. Fantastic customer service and really enjoyed our break away for my partners birthday. Biscuits & milk ready on arrival for a nice coffee after a 5 hour drive. Much appreciated! We didn't use the parks pool but it was busy and great for kids to have a bit of fun and make friends. Thank you so much for letting us stay with our pooch, definitely recommend!

Absolutely the best caravan that my sister and I have stayed in on Newquay Holiday Park (and we've been there 5 times, because the park itself is pretty special if you want a nice attractive - not too hectic park) - and so much so we are going back to the same caravan this year. Brilliant that we can take Amber, my sisters poodle. Also brilliant is the verandah and table and chairs outside - as these get the sun right into the evening. If teh weather's on your side - its better than being in the med - seriously!! Teh caravan is sited in a quiet spot on the park - not overlooked. Beds comfy and everything spotless. Nice touch with the welcome tea and cakes/biccies - much appreciate dafter a long drive. Good price too, compared to what some of the other (lesser quality/worse location) vans are charging on those dates. All in all, absolutely faultless - cant recommend highly enough...
