Beautiful caravan, spotless and everything you need. Washing machine and own Internet in the caravan. Very close to all the facilities. 20 mins to Conwy, 25 to Llandudno. Great communication with Diane. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and can not wait to return.

Fantastic caravan, very clean and modern supplied with everything needed, washer dryer and great internet with smart TV’s absolutely faultless. Will be visiting again next year

Lovely caravan, very close to everything on the site, 1 yr old and 11 yr old both loved all the activities. Instant responses from any questions we had for the owner. Would definitely come back.

Lovely stay in the caravan. It's in great condition, very cosy, everything you need for a family stay. Excellent communication and service from the owner Diane. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely aim to return another time.

We could not fault Diane's caravan, it was like home from home. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Enjoyed every minute. Just one complaint our stay wasn't long enough. We will definitely be back Thank you Diane x

I stayed in Dianes caravan for a week with my partner and 3 children and had the most amazing time. The van was very clean and homely, and the customer service from Diane was excellent. Highly reccomend this van great value for the price. Would definitley book again

The caravan was lovely, couldn't fault it. Whatever you needed was it was there. Everyone enjoyed themselves and wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend to others. Diane the owner was lovely and very helpful. Grandaughter left her make up bag there and Diane was helpful in returning it.

We’ve had a great weekend at the caravan. The caravan is lovely, homely, clean and in a nice quiet area of the site. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Absolutely amazing caravan has everything you need and more very clean. The site is brilliant for both kids and adults. The caravan also very close to all facilities 100% will be returning Diane is lovely really do recommend ????

Stayed for 4 nights at this lovely caravan 2 adults 2 kids had a fantastic stay, caravan is lovely has everything you need. It’s so close to all of the amenities. It’s close to the town where there are fair grounds arcades shops bars and restaurants. Facilities onsite are great, swimming pool playground bar restaurant sports that were all excellent. We have booked again for next year!

Wot a lovely and pleasant stay we had in Diane,s caravan. Needed any help no matter wot time of day always got straight back to us.Even if you can't find the iron and it's in front of your eyes lol.Comfy beds like home from home. Will defo return. Karen Stoke on trent

We had a lovely 4 night stay at this caravan, booking was so easy and Diane was able to answer any questions we may have had, the caravan was lovely and clean when we arrived and had anything we may need, the site itself was great for my little boy and the club entertainment was great also, would definitely book again

Had a lovely break away in this amazing caravan. There was 3 adults and 2 young children and the caravan was spacious enough for us all. The caravan has great facilities with two bathrooms, washer/dryer, large fridge and freezer. The wraparound decking is lovely to sit on and enjoy the weather of a day and has lights in the floor to carry on enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of an evening. The caravan was spotless and great communication from Diane all the way through our booking and stay.

We had a fantastic break in Diane and Petes caravan. Diane met us on arrival and shown us around her gorgeous caravan. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and smelt gorgeous. It's obvious Diane takes a lot of pride in providing a warm and comforting home from home experience in her caravan. The kids loved the TV with built in DVD player in the bedroom and enjoyed choosing from the HUGE collection of DVDs on offer. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Diane again in the future. I should also mention that the bedding smelled AMAZING! This gets a massive thumbs up from me. Thanks again Diane. Love Joanne, Rob, Milly and Harvey xx

Booked last minute as a family of five. Amazing communication from Diane from start to finish. The caravan was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed. Love the decking outside. We even had enough space for our travel cot in the main room. The caravan is situated within the perfect location on the site. The kids loved seeing the farm animals on the local fields, the playground and the high ropes! We will definitely be returning. Thanks again Diane xxx

We booked this caravan last minute with a last minute slot they had come available. Great communication from the minute I enquired right up until the end of our stay when they still contacted us to make sure the stay went well. Lovely clean caravan. Got all the facilities you would need including those little bits you can often forget to take on a caravan holiday stay. Bedding made up on arrival. Lovely decking area available outside with comfortable seating outside to use to enjoy. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again. Thank you for allowing us to use your caravan for our stay.

This was my 3 time at this caravan and won’t be the last very friendly owners who can’t do enough to make your stay as perfect as can be caravan itself is spotless and one off the best we have been to and is in a lovely spot on ty marw my boys love it there cnt wait to come back in September:)
