Our Caravan is in immaculate condition, only 7 years old. The caravan is double-glazed and centrally heated. providing a warm cosy environment for cooler evenings and contains everything you need to make it a home from home. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are open plan with a wrap round sofa, 37” TV and DVD player, USB points, digital radio, DVD's, board games, jig saws, and books are available for you to use. THERE IS NO WIFI in the caravan but is available in the club house.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a full sized integrated fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven with extractor hood, built in microwave, toaster, kettle, tea pot, pots and pans, cooking utensils and crockery.

The large bedroom , with a King size bed, en-suite toilet and wash hand basin, wardrobe, bed side cabinets with lamps and black out blind. A twin bedroom with small wardrobe and black out blind. A pull out bed in the living area. All bed linen, pillows will be provided, also tea towels. Supply your own bath towels, however you can hire a towel bundle. at a small charge. There is also a shower room with large shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
A few basic items will be left for you to use i.e washing up liquid, salt, pepper, etc

Outside there is a parking bay for 1 car, and decking with patio furniture. Please do not park on the grass.
Well behaved small short hair dogs are welcome by arrangement.
Strictly no smoking inside caravan or on decking area.

Although the caravan can sleep 6 people, our preference would be for no more than 4 , however please phone to discuss and we will try to accommodate you. For a lengthy stay of over 7 nights we can offer a 10% discount . Check in will be from 2pm, however early check in may be possible and check out is by 11am.

You can choose to either contact us direct to arrange your booking , or you can book online (an admin fee is payable to the company)
Bookings of 7 nights Saturday to Saturday, or Monday to Friday are preferable, however we may consider weekend bookings on request.

No henshine or stag weekends, however Golfing groups will be considered.
