Caravan was so lovely, clean and in such a fantastic location, really close to all the amenities, which was a big plus for us as a family. We stayed for 2 weeks so having the big fridge / freezer was very helpful ! Hosts very friendly. Would definitely book again.

We have used your site previously and have been very satisfied with the accommodation ,but we have been very disappointed this time. The instructions on arrival stated that if you manage to park in the first 3 parking spaces({which we couldnt) the van is up 3 steps then onto the grass between the caravans. It is up 5 concrete steps, along a concrete path ,passing some-ones van then across the grass then alongside the van to the entrance steps. Failing that - which we had to do- you parked around the other side to the next available parking spaces ,then up 2 sets of 5 concrete steps and across grass to the van entrance. As Devon was the start of a three week holiday ,we had quite a bit of luggage, which my wife had to mostly carry herself as I am disabled and couldnt help her much. On entering the van, we found it dirty in places, stains and dirty marks on the walls in the hallway, on the main bedroom walls by the bed sides, by the dining area, and also blue toothpaste stains on the right side wall of the sink. All these were easily removed with a cloth and cleaning spray.(which I did) There was also dark pubic hairs along the outer rim of the shower tray. We paid £50. cleaning fee! though the next occupants would have found it spotless! The settee and chair had both seen better days - throwing a blanket over them, does not hide what is underneath. As for the outside furniture (?) 4 rusty fold up chairs and a table - Ive seen better ones for sale at my local tip The vacuum cleaner provided was difficult to use, so we used my small hand one I use for the car and was disgusted by the amount of dirt ,dog hairs and long human hairs that filled the drum, from the carpets Also the grill tray was unusable as it was full of grease and melted cheese ,and by the looks of it not just from the previous occupants of us.

Dave & Candice were excellent from the initial enquiries right through to our stay. Everything was straightforward and the communication was perfect. The caravan was extremely clean and nicely spec'd with plenty of space for the four of us (two adults & two teenagers). Nice little touches with the tea and coffee, and little soaps/shampoos. The large double bed was also nice and comfy. The park itself is the best one we've been to. The location is perfect and all the facilities are excellent. We all had a great time and look forward to returning next year.

The caravan is situated in a prime position on the site close to all amenities,the caravan itself was very clean and tidy and the welcome pack upon arrival was a bonus to have a coffee after a long drive Dave and candice kept us updated prior to our arrival thanks Dave and candice.

Really lovely caravan close to the clubhouse and amenities. Nice little touches, tea and coffee, small shampoo and soap etc. plenty of space. Enjoyed our stay, just wish the weather was better.

Caravan was excellent! So clean and tidy with superb facilities and really close proximity to the main clubhouse. Any queries were dealt with immediately and nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommend!

Cound not ask for more dave and candice very helpful with any request we had and clean bedding and towels half way through a two week stay nice clean varavan upon arrival and the WiFi a great help with the older kids would definitely book again in the future thanks candice and dave.

Holiday home was clean and tidy especially the kitchen, oven etc. Plenty of games, cd's, for families who bring children. Really comfy King-size bed. The owners provided plenty of nice little touches, tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tabs, soap, bin liners everything you need when you first arrive. Even a bag of towels and bowls if you have a dog. Weather was fantastic so we enjoyed a great week. Owners live locally and were on hand if you should need anything during your stay.

This was a return visit to the same van so would definitely recommend. Good communication from the owners, very clean and nice welcome basket with tea, coffee and biscuits. Cleaning essentials provided including a couple of tablets for the dishwasher which is a great luxury! Will return again.

Just got back from a wonderful stay at this well equipped lovely caravan, full wrap around decking so plenty of space for the dog to wonder around, all the accessories you would need for a home from home break, board games and little extras really nice, hosts were really helpful with a few unexpected issues we had and location is perfect. Would stay again.

Caravan was extremely clean and well presented. Facilities within the caravan are excellent, everything that was stated and we required was provided. Caravan was comfortable throughout and the bed was so comfortable, a true home from home. Check in / park information was provided easily and clearly. Dave and Candice certainly look after their caravan and their guests, welcome pack was a very nice touch and even left some treats for the dog! Look forward to a return visit. 5 star's well deserved ????????

Just back from a 4 night stay with our 14 year old son. Caravan was great - clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. The master bedroom was very large and plenty of room in the lounge. Kitchen was really well equipped. Dave the owner always replied promptly and was happy to answer my questions. The fact that linen and towels are included made packing a lot easier. We hadn't stayed at the site before but were impressed with the location and the facilities. We used the pool and mini golf. As well as Goodrington and Paignton which are very close we visited Dartmouth which was a short drive and ferry crossing away, as well as Torquay which is also close.

There was 4 Adults in our party, We found the caravan spotlessly clean, Beds were comfy which you don't always find in a hire caravan, Plus the sitting was also comfy( again you don't always find). The TV was a good size, and the heating was lovely seeing it was late September that we went. The Back bedroom is big with lots of cupboard/wardrobe space, and having a toilet and sink in there was good. The shower was nice and hot and having another toilet and sink in there made it easy when we were all getting up/ready for bed. The decking was nice to sit on and watch the world go by. It was also quiet, you could watch the rabbits running round. The owners were very helpful with questions that we asked before booking, and checked that we had a good time and found very thing we needed as we left. Many thanks

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful caravan. Everything was spotlessly clean, beds comfortable. Welcome pack and little extras were gratefully appreciated. Very responsive owners . There was minimal noise at night, in fact very quiet by adult bedtime. We had really good nights sleep. Facilities at the park are very good. Our 4 year old grandson enjoyed the kids club in the early evening. It was approx 20min stroll along path to the beach. We used the open topped bus, which picks up at the site, to travel around the area. Group ticket is good value.

When we arrived the caravan was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely welcome pack (thank you). The caravan was easy to find as per directions and was in a great location, very close to the facilities. The caravan has everything you need if you want to eat in (including a dishwasher :-) and we found it easy to cook meals if we did not want to use the onsite restaurants. The back doors open onto a decking area which we sat out on every day, you can tell the caravan has been well cared for by the owners. Our stay included all passes for the use of the onsite facilities including indoor and outdoor pool. It is the first time we have booked through UKCaravans4hire, but we would definitely use them again, it was all quick and easy and the owners replied very quickly when we requested the caravan. We would definitely recommend booking this caravan and will be telling our family and friends about it.

Had a fantastic stay in a spotlessly clean, well equipped caravan. The master bedroom was a lovely size with plenty of room and an entrance suite. So much wardrobe space too. There was some lovely treat left to start us off with a nice cuppa and biscuits and also treats for my dog. Great space on the decking with table and chairs. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future. Thanks ????
