A very warm welcome to our very spacious and luxurious modern Carnaby Lodge holiday home. Situated at the heart of the English Riviera. Great local tourist attractions/events all year round.

We have several holiday homes available here from in Torbay so please don’t hesitate to enquire.

Just off the main park roads and in a quiet part of the park. Parking/disabled parking adjacent to the holiday home and yet still very close to reception and amenities.

I have set a booking system so you have the flexibility to book your holiday dates around you instead of the usual, Monday to Friday and or Friday to Monday, There is a minimum nights stay allowed, usually 2 nights. However, should you require any other options please do not hesitate to contact us with your requirements and we will adjust to suit your booking.

Quality towels and bedding linen are provided for bedrooms although no bedding for inflatable bed is supplied so bring a sleeping bag.

Check-in is at 1600 hrs and check-out is at 1000 hrs however, if the holiday home is ready sooner you will be notified by text. (This could be the day before so you can travel earlier)

We offer Chauffeur service should you wish to be spoilt for the evening, collection and return from your home or just a transfer from train/bus station.

Ask about our Beach huts at Goodrington Sands and Broadsands both local beaches with excellent amenities. Huts have deck chairs, cool boxes inflatable paddle boards body boards buoyancy aids

How about your own private hire RIB with insured and commercial skipper should you wish to see the beautiful coastline from the sea.

We offer a 24-hour call out/local knowledge or advice - We want you to enjoy the most from your holiday here so hopefully you will return the following year. Our local knowledge is second to none.

Arguably the best Holiday park here in Paignton with great amenities.

During peak season there is a local, ”Open top bus “ stopping on site every 15 mins

Goodrington beach approx 15 mins casual walk with golden sands with the steam train passing by, Inn on the Quay restaurant and bar, splashdown water park, cafes and amusement arcade.
Broadsands beach approx 30 mins casual walk along the coastal path from Goodington beach or 10 mins by car from Hoburne Holiday Park.


VERY IMPORTANT - All Guests must have "Park membership amenities Passes" they have to be pre-booked by us as they have your names on.
There is an extra charge for this (presently at site cost of £55 for 6 guests and £66 for 8 guests per week) we do not include them at booking as we would have to pay booking commission making them more expensive . The park have site rules that must be adhered to and a copy will be sent to you via email.

The deposit is to cover any accidental damage at cost to the holiday home or heavily stained linen.
