What a lovely Caravan, Barry and Sylvia were perfect hosts always contactable. The attention to detail was so lovely, Providing us with some essentials on arrival even a wedding anniversary gift. The Bed was comfortable, there was an allocated parking bay for the car. The caravan was home from home regarding comfort. Perfectly situated on the site and had everything you would need. Without doubt we would recommend anyone to stay, it was a delight and we look forward to returning.

We had a great stay here. I could not fault the caravan it was so clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfy and the shower brilliant and a lovely decking area to sit on. Barry and Sylvia have thought of everything you might need in the van and the communication was excellent. We had never stayed at Hoburne before we found the site excellent the indoor and outdoor pool was perfect and a lovely walk to the beach also it was very clean. We couldn’t fault a thing about our stay. Would highly recommend. Thanks Barry and Sylvia.

We had a lovely week in Barry and Sylvia’s caravan. It’s an older style van but spotlessly clean and has everything inside you would need for your stay. The king size bed was very comfortable unlike most caravans. There is plenty of storage for clothes etc, there was tea, coffee and milk to get you started and a packet of gorgeous biscuits as a surprise. Barry gave us lots of information regarding local bus services etc and places to visit and was very helpful from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for more it was wonderful, we would certainly stay again and highly recommend it. Thank you .

We’ve just returned from a lovely holiday at Devon , Hoburne site. Our caravan was very comfortable . There was plenty or storage space. We had a well equipped kitchen, having all the utensils we needed. We appreciated all the cleaning/washing up products including kitchen roll and plenty of bin liners. The shower was roomy and the beds comfortable. Good heating too!

This was our first visit to Hoburn Devon Bay and we really had a lovely time. The caravan was superb, clean and homely. Barry and Sylvia (the owners) were superb - and communications with them was excellent. The holiday park and area is superb - with lots to do and see. We were close to the open top bus stop (122) on site so hardly ever used the car. Would thoroughly recommend this caravan and holiday park.

We loved our stay at M23, it was a really great space for 2 people but could easily accommodate 4. When we arrived the caravan was very clean and is very well stocked for home away from home! There was a surprisingly comfortable king size bed with en-suite to the master bed room and the owners Barry & Sylvia had left welcome treats for us when we arrived. The location is ideal for the beach which is less than a 5 minute drive away. I particularly loved the great smelling diffusers in the bedroom and lounge, they just added to the ambience. The park itself has some great facilities, it's clean and the grounds are well maintained. If you're looking for well kept self contained accommodation and more, then you won't go wrong with Barry & Sylvia, they are the nicest people to deal with and go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible
