Fantastic weekend. Lovely caravan with spacious rooms. Spotlessly clean with lots of homely touches. Couldn't fault it. The gorgeous warm weather was a real bonus. Sunburn in March ????. Will definitely book again.

Once again myself, my husband and our dog have had a great holiday in Karine & Walters caravan. The location of the caravan on the site is first class. Feels like a real home from home, we will definitely be looking forward to booking again next year.

Our stay in this caravan was excellent. It was sited in lovely position with sea view and within walking distance into St Andrews. It was very clean and had many food essentials to get you started. Would highly recommend.

This was our second visit to the caravan and would highly recommend it. Everything in it you require including wine. Very handy for the beach and walk into St Andrews and in a very quiet area of the site no traffic going by.

We were three mature ladies staying at this wonderful caravan. I have been a regular visitor to Kinkell Braes/St Andrews Holiday Park for many, many years and this caravan was a delightful find. Beautifully furnished and very well equipped in a prime position. We aim to make our visit an annual retreat. Beautiful welcome gesture which was much appreciated on our arrival. Thank you Karine and Walter for sharing your gorgeous holiday home with us.

We recently stayed at the "Happy Place" with our dog Zoe, and it was superb from start to finish. A lovely, braw caravan and a wee gem of a home from home. Fantastic location, very clean inside and out with a great decking area and outdoor seating. Easy access to the beach and harbour with a 20 minute walk in to the town center. The nearby swimming pool is literally a stones throw away. It is located in a lovely quiet area of the lower level of the park and very friendly neighbours who took time to chat and made us feel welcome. The caravan has everything you need to make your stay more comfortable and would be fantastic for a family with kids as the 2 twin rooms are very spacious with loads of storage. We would highly recommend staying at the "Happy Place" and we are already looking forward to returning. Many thanks Andy/Mhairi

My family and I had a great holiday at Walter and Karines caravan. The caravan really is like a home from home, is ideally located near to the beach and Walter and Karine the owners are very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely book again if holidaying in St.Andrews again. Colin

Had the best, cosy and relaxing stay at this caravan. The owners were so helpful and accommodating throughout. The caravan was located brilliantly with lovely views and very handy for the beach and walk into St. Andrews. The cleanliness of the caravan was second to none. There was everything you require in the caravan to make your stay so very comfortable including electric blankets on the beds which were amazing to get into at night. My friend and I would highly recommend this caravan. We(and our four legged friend) thoroughly enjoyed our 16 night stay. This caravan is a like a home from home with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. It is in a great location on the park, close to the beach and has a lovely seaview.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Sea View is our holiday home too so we have tried to make it as homely as possible. Glad you enjoyed the new electric blankets too! Stay safe & well in these challenging times.

In September myself my husband and our dog spent five night at the caravan, this is the second time we have stayed at Karine and Walters caravan and again we had an amazing time. The caravan is a real home from home, very clean and comfortable, we look forward to spending time there again next year. The booking of the caravan and the access to the caravan is all very smooth and straight forward. I would highly recommend the caravan to anyone. The location of the caravan is perfect for access to the East sands and a lovely walk into town.

Just returned from 5 days in St Andrews. I would highly recommend This caravan to anyone Thinking of holidaying at St Andrews holiday park (Kinkell Braes) . The caravan is immaculate with all ‘mod cons’ and ideally situated for walking into the town.

Myself, my husband and our wee dog had a lovely time at the caravan, our dog loved being out on the decking. Facilities were great, caravan had everything we needed, well equipped and very comfortable, with lovely little extras left in the caravan for our stay. The location was amazing with a lovely view over the east sands, the booking and pick up of the keys on arrival was Great, we would not hesitate to book with Karine again in the future.

We had a wonderful week at Seaview caravan, highly recommended. Karine and Walter made our stay very comfortable : communication was excellent from the time of booking, especially amid the uncertainty of the current situation and changing guidelines. The caravan itself was lovely, well equipped for our family’s needs and very clean, both inside and out. This was our first holiday with our new puppy and I wasn’t sure what to expect from a ‘pet friendly’ holiday home, however, I needn’t have worried - the caravan was spotless with no ‘doggy’ odours :) The lovely bottle of wine and biscuits awaiting us on arrival was lovely touch and most appreciated. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

We stayed here in November and the caravan was lovely and cosy and in a great location for nice walks to the beach or St. Andrews town centre. The check in procedure was really easy, and the caravan was lovely and clean and had great facilities. The site was also really well looked after. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Sea View is a very cosy and roomy caravan. We cannot fault it at all. It is in a lovely position on the park. The dogs love out on the decking. The owners go the extra mile to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Have been in this caravan before and loved it so much we had to go back again.

We have a annual pilgrimage to the Dunhill links every year, the last two years we have chosen to stay on this caravan site. This year choosing this caravan due to its position for access to the beach so that Stanley (our spaniel) can enjoy himself. The Caravan is very well equipped and comfortable, we were very pleased with our welcome pack and the kind words left by the owners. Everything we needed to know about the accommodation, site facilities and the surrounding area was presented in a very professional portfolio. Our holiday was once again fantastic, truly enhanced by a comfortable, clean and well equipped accommodation in a perfect position. From Booking the holiday to returning home , the experience is one that we would love to enjoy again and again in the future.

We are grandparents who have just returned from a week at this caravan with two granddaughters aged 13 and 10. We have had several caravan holidays but this caravan was exceptional. Our booking was easy and straightforward and the owners were very prompt in answering any questions. The caravan was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. Our girls loved the different layout of the twin bedrooms. We liked having the patio doors out to the decking which made the inside bright. The cooking facilities were excellent and the kitchen had everything we needed.We hope to return some time and will pass on details to friends.

I booked this caravan for my son and family. Karine was very helpful and efficient at all times and responded immediately to any queries. The family had a lovely holiday and we visited them during their stay. The caravan was immaculate with everything you needed and the welcome pack was very thoughtful. The french doors from the lounge opening onto the decking area and outside seating with a marvellous view over the bay were a lovely bonus. Wifi was good essential for teenage guests! Myself and my sons family wouldnt hesitate to recommend this caravan for a great holiday.

Mum and I stayed for a week at this wonderful Caravan it was Immaculate inside and out and had everything we could have wanted. I particularly loved the large decking area with table and chairs and sea view. It was the small touches that made it extra special the provision of a welcome pack including milk so we could have a wee cup of tea on arrival. I have stayed in other caravans in the past but this one is by far the best. Karine herself was very helpful and lovely to deal with. So good will be returning in a couple of weeks and hopefully next year.

Just returned from a 4 night break at this fabulous caravan. I have stayed several times on this site and this by far the best accommodation that we have ever had. The caravan itself is spacious and very modern with lots of lovely touches - many thanks for leaving us wine/flowers and biscuits - along with tea/coffee/milk!! Having stayed at this caravan park numerous times, I can honestly say this was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Situated at the bottom of the park, with views to the sea, it was lovely and quiet and perfect for taking our Labrador down to the beach. Inside the caravan is very tastefully decorated, lots of room and storage and very well equipped. Had a couple of enquiries for Karine and she responded immediately and was very helpful. A bottle if wine, biscuits and fresh flowers were waiting on us when we arrived. Lovely touch and much appreciated. Can’t wait to get my holiday choice from work for next year so we can book again. We stayed here as part of a family group for our aunts birthday celebration. The caravan was lovely and spacious, plenty of room for the 7 of us. The WiFI was an added bonus. The view was great and the caravan had everything we needed. Will definitely be returning again.

We had a family celebration at this beautiful immaculate 3 bedroom caravan with gorgeous sea views just a walk down hill to the beach. The interior is very modern with all mod cons and the standard is is 10 out of 10 plus. The park has a great club & restaurant plus a pizza parlour. Will certainly use this van again and encourage family and friends.

My family loved this caravan. It is very roomy, clean and has everything you need including wifi. The beds were made up for us and some lovely welcoming touches which made us feel special. I certainly recommend this caravan.

A wonderful few days away with my husband, 7 year old son and 9 year old daughter. Caravan was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Owners even made up the beds up with linen to suit the age of children. Wi-fi was really reliable. Situated very close to the beach, with a beautiful view from the decked, dining area. Overall, a fantastic stay and would definitely use this caravan again when we return.
