ABI Winbledon 3 bedroom top spec caravan to hire at Devon cliffs caravan park.
Located in Cherry Park a well sought after area of Devon cliffs, with private parking and a large decking area with stunning Seaviews.

Fully double glazed and central heating, front opening double doors on to the fully enclosed veranda with lockable gate. There is a patio table and 6 chairs on the decking with stunning Seaviews.

Lounge - there's ample seating, flat screen tv, dvd player with several dvds in the caravan, coffee table, Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling and electric fire.

Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with a integrated fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. 4 ring hob cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided and cooking pots, pans, cutlery and crockery for your use.

Dining area - is spacious with free standing table and 4 chairs.

Bedrooms - The caravan has a main king size bedroom with ensuite wc and sink. 2x twin bedrooms, Maximum guests is 6.

All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Bathroom - Fully fitted shower with glass sliding door, toilet, wash basin, and overhead mirrored cabinet with shaver/toothbrush plug.

Veranda - Wrap around decking with table and 6 chairs lockable gate and stunning Seaview's.

The caravan is situated in Cherry Park a very quiet area of Devon cliffs.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. I have a key safe with the key in and I will text the code to you on your arrival day.

Haven has a strict no charging of electric cars from caravans, as the power supply to the caravan is only 16amp and will blow it or worse cause a fire.

The break prices are accommodation only and don't include haven site passes. Sorry no pets or smoking in the caravan and no same sex group bookings.

We do ask for an extra £150 which will be refunded to you within 7 days of leaving. This is a key/damage deposit for our caravan to be left as you found it.

Booking with me most deposits are £100. This is a non-refundable in the event of cancellation or if you fail to pay the balance on time. All school holiday dates are a £200 deposit, any booking over £800 is a £200 deposit also. The balance will need to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. This can be paid by bank transfer. Any late deals that we offer will need to be paid in full.

By paying the deposit you are entering a contract with me that you will abide by the rules and conditions I have set out, also you'll take responsibility for paying on time and leaving the caravan in the same condition as how you found it. Any breach in the conditions will result in you losing your deposit and potentially losing your holiday.
