Do not book with this person.BEN JONES. He has accused us for damage , which was already there when we arrived, so gutted I didn’t take a picture of it, then even if I did, It would of been something else of being accused of damage, he is a liar and con, so he doesn’t have to pay what is owed to us, horrible man

Reply: You’ll see from our many other reviews, across multiple caravans, that the complete opposite is the case. You seem to feel we’ve benefitted in some way, yet it will cost significantly more than a retainer bond to cover the damage. Our evidence is very clear.

Loved this caravan, perfect for young children as it has a closed in balcony, my 5 year old loved playing out on it. Very close to the beach which was also perfect for us. Would definitely recommend

Just spent a lovely week in this caravan. It had everything we needed with plenty of space and storage. The beds were really comfy and the shower was nice and hot. Great location on park with access to the beach within a matter of seconds of leaving the caravan. We would definitely book again!

Great time had by all. Ben (the owner) was very easy to communicate with and made the booking process very simple, paid a little extra for early check in which really made a difference. Caravan was clean and tidy and had all facilities required for cooking etc and the en-suite made a difference and beds were made on arrival. Great location, out the gate and up the steps and there you go the beach and sea. A steady 6/7 min walk to the bar, clubhouse, arcade and chippy and a steady 10 min walk down the coastal path to Knightleys fair and various attractions. Would definitely book again. One passing comment/suggestion would possibly be to have a small table and a couple of chairs on the decking in order to sit out but that isn't everyone's preference, that said no complaints whatsoever and will certainly aim to get back. Booked direct with the owner which was easy to do by text message and email. Very responsive and answered emails very quickly. Paid extra to have an early check in which suited us. Liked the fact that they are flexible with check in dates. Very friendly owners. The caravan itself is literally right next to gate that leads to promenade and beach. The gate gets locked during the night so you are secure. The caravan is right at the rear of the caravan park. About 10 minutes to walk to clubhouse or walk along promenade to knightleys funfair. Was able to park car right next to caravan. Caravan had everything you needed. There was vacuum and mop and bucket to clean after yourself. Double bedroom with en-suite and 2 twins and shower room with extra toilet. We didn’t really use the oven but used the microwave. Lovely big fridge and freezer in caravan. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely thick mattresses. The decking at front of caravan gets lovely sun in early morning through to the afternoon. Had very hot water in the shower which was good. The campsite itself was very quiet during the week we went. But that suited us as we travel out to other places. We paid £45 for entertainment passes for 3 adults. Had a very lovely and relaxing stay and enjoyed only walking less than 1 minute to the beach so was able to watch sunset every evening.

The location of Seabreeze11 is in a perfect position. Few minutes walk to Knightlys Fair and literally stones throw away from the beautiful beach. Caravan as everything you need for a perfect holiday and the beds are really comfortable. Central heating was perfect kept it nice and cosy through the night. The owner was very communicative alway through my stay and got back to me ASAP if I had any queries. All in all great family holiday and would highly recommend Seabreeze11.

A lovely stay at Seabreeze, everything clean with all the necessities for a short stay. Just remember to bring all your bits from home I.e toilet roll etc. Host was very helpful; with great communication from the start. The location is situated directly by the gate to the beach, handy for trips up to Knightley’s. Lovely little 3 bed caravan perfect for our family stay!

Lovely, comfortable caravan. Quite site. Only thing that the spoilt break was the registration fee very high £180 for 2 nights for 6 adults, who dont use club or site facilities. It stated ' you MAY buy club passes' not that purchase is compulsory.

Great caravan. Next to beach and theme park. Very private, not in the middle of everyone. Had to leave early due to personal circumstances but would definitely stay longer again. Thanks again! :)
