Description

Welcome to our holiday home (lovingly know as Clara the (static) Caravan) situated on the beautiful Jurassic Coast which is owned by the Lulworth Estate and has direct access to both the magnificent limestone arch ‘Durdle Door’ and its beaches as well as Lulworth Cove which is accessible by foot or 5 minute drive.

Clara is a 2 bed modern holiday home with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, sitting room, main bathroom, master double bedroom with ensuite and second bedroom with twin beds. The outside space, just for Clara includes a parking space next to the caravan and a small, secluded garden and patio area perfect for outside dining or just relaxing.

There is decking to the front of Clara that is accessed via patio doors from the sitting room and decking to the side which includes chairs and table ideal for a morning cuppa or afternoon drink!

Clara has central heating, double glazing and a flame effect electric fire in the sitting room – perfect for those guests staying during the colder months.

WiFi specifically for Clara is included as standard as well as smart TV in the living room, and a selection of books and board games.

The kitchen is well equipped with all cooking equipment and dining needs as well as tea towels, dish cloths and cleaning supplies included.

Bed linen, duvets and pillows and towels are also supplied. All bedding is anti-allergen.

Travel cot and pushchair are available on request. Highchair is available to hire from Reception.

Hair dryer, iron and small ironing board are also supplied with Clara.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of £20 per dog per stay. Durdle Door Holiday Park is a dog friendly park and there are plenty of amazing walks available right from the front door!

Check in is from 3pm and check out by 10am on the day of departure.

We offer 3, 4 and 7 or longer night stays, usually starting on a Friday (3 or 7 nights or longer) or Monday (4 nights) – please do contact us for other stay durations.

Things to see and do:
The famous limestone arch is just a 10 minute walk from the holiday park and there is plenty to from relaxing, walking, photography or coasteering……
Lulworth Cove – wonderful views, walking, shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes as well the opportunity to take part in outdoor activities including kayaking.
Lulworth Castle and Park – As well as being able to visit the castle itself there are also extensive grounds to explore including woodland walks and children’s playground. Well behaved dogs on a lead are also welcome.

Lulworth Villages – the picturesque villages of East and West Lulworth are a stone’s throw away.

Absolutely amazing, if we could have extended our stay we would have asked. This holiday home is exceptional, we absolutely love it, every care is taken above and beyond to welcome you when you first arrive. There were dog treats for our Petal, Dorset Tea, cookies, two different types of water, beautiful flowers and an enormous fan just right to keep us all cool. Hazel you are an amazing host. Thank for allowing us to stay in your beautiful holiday home again. Xxx I would highly recommend this property and the owner, I cannot speak more highly of Hazel and her beautiful holiday home, 110% Thank you.

Where do I begin!! This is undoubtedly the best caravan we have ever stayed in! 4 night stay for myself, hubby, my mum & our mini dachshund! Absolutely spotless. So much thought has very obviously been made to make you feel like home from home with everything from fluffy towels (including towels for the pooch) to excellent bedding! All you’ll need to pack are your clothes, personal items & food! 2 excellent verandas to chase the sun ?? and an immaculate garden. I’m quick to find faults when we go away….the only fault this time was we didn’t book for long enough! Hazel’s communication was spot on and the welcome gifts (including for the dog) were just the most loveliest touch. We can not wait to return to this Jewell of a holiday home. THANK YOU SO MUCH X

The best caravan we’ve stayed in! Absolutely beautiful inside and out, fully equipped with everything you will need. Excellent communication from Hazel, lovely welcome pack on arrival with all the info you will need. The caravan is super clean with loads of lovely added delights. The caravan park itself is nice and peaceful and the location is excellent. Will definitely be staying here again.

An amazing holiday as always, beautiful holiday home, everything you need to make your holiday extra relaxing and hassle free. We had a wonderful relaxing time, visited the countryman (outstanding customer service) the square and compass (lovely cloudy cider and a pastie), Lulworth Cove, The Lobster Pot at Portland (they make amazing crab sandwich) and many relaxing walks with our GS Petal. Close by is Craig's homemade ice cream, would definitely recommend a visit. We were even lucky enough to see a hare give birth to two baby leverets in a close by field, we did check this morning and they were still there safe and sound. Thank you for a brilliant holiday, roll on July for our next visit ????

The caravan was super , spotlessly clean with everything you need . It’s situated in a lovely spot, the decking is ideal to sit and enjoy the sun or enjoy an outdoor meal. The welcome gifts and flowers are a lovely touch and much appreciated. The communication from Hazel is excellent and as we were lucky enough to have 2 weeks of glorious sun , she even offered to provide a fan . We couldn’t fault anything and had an amazing 2 weeks in a superb caravan on a lovely site in a beautiful area .

There is everything you need in this lovely, spotlessly clean caravan. The decking is a lovely spot to relax on and (for the teenagers) the wifi is great! Thank you so much for the welcome gifts, with extra woofs from Daisy for the treats. We hope to be back.

Caravan was beautiful with everything catered for, and what a welcome surprise to see that we had been left some lovely treats for us including the dogs. Comfortable beds with very nice bedding and a set of fresh towels for each guest. Great outdoor decking to front and side with ample garden table and chairs. I can't wait to return to this caravan.

What an amazing holiday, the holiday home was absolutely exceptional, so very clean, everything that you needed.The bed is so comfy, ' I could have slept for days'. The shower is lovely and powerful. Amazing TV and WIFI reception. On arrival we had been left some lovely gifts, biscuits, tea, flavoured water and a sparkling water too as well as dog treats for our Petal and a lovely note from the owner. The holiday home, it a true home of home, The booking experience was really easy and we were contacted straight away with confirmation of our booking. Will definitely be returning.
