Owner Description
Our 2017 luxury well equipped, centrally heated/double glazed holiday home with sea view is spacious with 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people + 1. The living area is spacious with TV/DVD and electric heater to keep you cosy on cooler days. There is ample comfortable seating including a double pull out sofa bed suitable for 1 adult/child. The full size windows face the sea.
The main bedroom has a king sized bed and room for a bassinet/travel cot, plenty of cupboard space, USB charging points, vanity unit and mirror. It has an en suite toilet/hand basin. There is a TV/DVD player in the main bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be combined to make a double or one of the singles can fold under to make a single room. USB charging points. Full length mirror in the hallway. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms.There is a family shower room, toilet and washbasin with shaver socket.
The kitchen is open plan, spacious and well equipped with microwave, full size oven/grill, integrated fridge/freezer.There is plenty of cupboard/drawer space. The dining area has a free standing dining table and 4 chairs + 2 stools.
A 6 seater picnic table and sun shade is provided in the garden area. Deck chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue is also available.
The location is ideal for couples or families with young children or teenagers who enjoy exploring the coast and beautiful beaches. Kimmeridge Bay and the Etches fossil collection are nearby for those who are interested in the unique fossils found along this coast. The location is ideal for walkers as it is on the South West Coast path. There are several wonderful bird reserves nearby such as RSPB Arne and Radipole/Lodmoor.

My husband and I have stayed in caravans for over 20years on our holidays and we can honestly say this was the nicest caravan we have ever stayed in,It is truly beautiful-so clean,so pretty,so comfortable ,with everything you can think of within the caravan to make it very homely.Beautifully quiet,clean site ,so close to the beach and coastal walks.We both highly recommend this caravan.Judy was an amazing person to liaise with-so efficient ,helpful and friendly.

We have just returned home from Durdle’s Door. The area is beautiful and perfect for all the Family. The caravan still feels brand new and is decorated to a very high standard with a lovely seaside theme. Judy is very prompt to respond during the booking process and provides an excellent booking confirmation with directions and park info. I would highly recommend booking this caravan. It’s great value for money and has all the added extras from home, which other caravans do not have. The onsite restaurant is very reasonably priced with very generous portion sizes.

Beautiful clean and well equipped caravan. Comfortable furniture and bedding. In fact everything one would need for a self catering holiday was there. The owner was a delight to deal with . We are going back to the same caravan in June and cant wait. The site is well kept and very quiet.

Stayed at this holiday home for the Easter weekend. Firstly, the owners were very accommodating in letting us hire it for just a part week booking. The caravan is almost brand new and looks it! Everything was spotless and clean and the facilities are second to none for a caravan. You quite frankly, want for no more than good weather! The owners communication was also spot, with several emails from them regarding access to the site, the facilities therein and how to enjoy the full facilities in the caravan once there. All in all, e very pleasant experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend this holiday home enough. Graeme
