About the owner

My wife Jacqui and I have owned our caravan for 3 years. The pandemic changed the way we lived our hectic life and we wanted somewhere we could come and relax and spend time together as a family. We enjoy a site that has a bit of everything but not too much of anything, one that's family friendly with plenty to do for the kids but you can find quiet spots or walks along the coast or through the woodland. Our daughter loves the park but also puddling on the beach or being in the sea. We want people who stay in our caravan to feel the same. We've kitted it out the way we like it and hope that everything there contributes to a great family holiday or peaceful retreat - we know holidays are precious and hope that everyone who stays here benefits from the fresh air and down time that the beautiful east of Fife gives you.

Description

This is a 3 bedroomed caravan - currently set as 2 twin rooms and a double - sleeping 6. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, shelving and mirror with USB Charging points. We provide bedding and linen but you should bring your own towels and extra for the beach!

There is a shower room with toilet and also a separate toilet - you'll need to bring your own toiletries but we'll leave toilet rolls.

All the rooms have their own radiators and the caravan has double glazing - so it's cosy all year round.

The kitchen area is well equipped, including kettle, toaster, microwave, waffle maker, toastie machine and lots of other extras as well as glasses and mugs for those coffees and drinks on the decking. There is a dining area which will seat 6 people, right next to the full size fridge freezer.

The lounge area has a Smart TV so that means once you're finished enjoying outdoor activities and visiting other areas you can login to your Netflix or other streaming service and enjoy watching whatever you like - it also has regular TV too. We've added unlimited private WIFI and it's included in the cost. There are a few games, a pack of cards and local tourist information here too.

Outside the caravan has a wrap around deck so you're straight out the door on to the deck and there is a dining table and seating for 6 people outside. The gate on to the deck locks so it's nice and secure if you have small children or dogs. It's so pleasant to sit and welcome the day or watch the sun go down. The caravan is in a quiet location on the park but you can walk easily to all the facilities the park has to offer, including a small shop, café and childrens play area. The beach is very near by so you can have a paddle or a swim when it's warm enough.

Of course, if you want a tech break you can spend more time outside to enjoy the beautiful East Neuk of Fife. The holiday park sits on the Fife Coastal path and there is a fine selection of walks/runs straight from the door or within a short drive. St Andrews has a great selection of bars and restaurants and is around a 25 minute drive. There are numerous golf courses in this area all within easy reach.

Our 4-night bookings start on a Monday and our 3-night bookings start on a Friday. Bookings of 7 nights or more can start on either a Monday or a Friday.

Comfortable clean caravan. Everything you need is supplied. In nice quiet area of park. Great sunny deck. Second visit to this caravan and would come again no problem. Value for money.

Just home from a lovely Mon - Fri stay . Caravan was lovely in a quiet part of the site at the woods at the far end . Only a 10 minute walk to the complex but was ideal for us as we had our dog .Think we landed lucky as the weather was excellent . The site itself is great for kids young and old , with a fantastic play park and a amusement arcade as well . We didn't use the shop , but it's there for those who need it . Takeaway food was good , never used the restaurant due to having our large German shepherd , although dogs are allowed . Large family entertainment and bar as well . Prices are not to bad tbh. Looking forward to booking up again . ????

Enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks at this caravan. In a quite area of the site, although the whole site is very quite and peaceful! Everything we needed was there. Spacious and nicely decorated. The owners are very helpful and involved and can get intouch easily with them if there is a problem. I will be re booking for next year hopefully!

Had a very relaxing break at one of our favourite places. Caravan was super. Well equipped , very clean, close to beach and in a nice quiet part of site. Everyone enjoyed it including our small whippet who was safe and secure on the large decking.

We had a lovely break in a comfortable and clean caravan. Two adults and two children (13 and 9). Good communication from the owner and they were kind enough to let us know the caravan was available early. Straight forward check-in. Good facilities - all as described. Lovely size of living/kitchen area. Would be happy to use again.

We were a family of 3 adults and really enjoyed our stay at this caravan. Had everything we needed to make our weekend including outdoor decking and seating to catch the sun. It was well equipped inside as well with smart TV and free view an added bonus with WiFi in the caravan too. Spotlessly clean on arrival and beds made up for us. Jacqui the owner was very helpful before our stay explaining about the caravan and what to do on arrival at site. Would definitely recommend for others.

Stayed in August with my 3 grandchildren. We had a fabulous week. A lovely well kept caravan with everything you need including Wi-Fi. Lovely new mattresses and bed linen. Children loved thst the beach was so accessible and the lovely play park on site. We didn't use the restaurant or club on site but had take away food one evening and it was good. So many super places to visit in the area. A great wee holiday. Thank you.

One of the best caravans we have stayed in. Everything about it was really great. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, spacious living room / kitchen area, tall fridge freezer. There was everything we needed plus more. We have never been to Elie before but we will definitely go back. Lovely beach, brilliant play park, shop, pub, restaurant, including takeaway. We just had an amazing time. I have already enquired about going back.
