Situated at Elie in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife, this well-appointed 2-bedroom caravan has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. It is a close walk to the shop, park, bar and restaurants.

The master bedroom has an ensuite, tv , toilet and ample wardrobe space. The twin bedroom is fitted with wardrobes, shelves, mirror, tv and dvd. The accommodation includes a shower room with toilet and wash hand basin.

We've set online booking and prices for 3 nights (Friday - Monday) , 4 nights (Monday to Friday) and 7 nights starting on a Monday or a Friday . Elie Holiday Park is a stunningly beautiful part of the East Neuk of Fife, this comfortable and well equipped 2 bedroom caravan is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

It will be a perfect base for exploring the local villages or St Andrews only 20 minutes away.

Outside, the secure wrap around decking is furnished with table and chairs, perfect for some al fresco dining or simply for enjoying the sunshine.

The caravan is fully double glazed and has central heating. It is only a short stroll to the beach and the park amenities which include a bar (with entertainment at weekends during the summer), restaurant, cafe/take-away and shop. There is also a children's play area and amusement arcade.

Included in the price are bed linen and towels, however please bring your own beach towels.

Cycling, walking, golfing and water sports are all available in the local area.

This caravan is exempt from holding a Short Term Letting (STL) licence in Scottish law as it is situated on a Licensed Caravan Park.
